Went to order food and had 2 orders, was told we would have to come thru the drive thru a second time for the second order. Made the first order and nothing was behind us so we backed up and made the second order. When we arrived at the wi dow to pay for the order the little red headed girl said she canceled the first order because we didn't dri e all the way around. They lost around $70 in a sale due to this completely stupid rule and poor service. We will not be going back!

Worst DQ I've ever been to. They refused to give me my food because they dropped 11 cents. Not me, them. So I asked for my money back and when she was giving it back, she made a point to drop the change on the ground. Not to mention that she was very rude over the intercom.

Employees were yelling at each other. Every other word was cursing, and then they started throwing ice at each other. Will not return to this DQ. Could not leave fast enough. Cook was the only one working and not causing a scene.

Worst establishment I have ever been too. Totally unprofessional, all employees yelling and cussing at each other. At one time food was ever thrown at one another. If there was a way I'd rate everything about the restaurant a -5 star. I'd be ashamed if I was any part of the DQ so called team!!
Random girl looking at a whole lot of nothing, while completely messing up my blizzard. Also think she was trying to steal food from us but not confirmed. This sad old poor lady looks like she might pass out any minute cause they keep messing around and doing a lot of nothing. Recommend Yall find new workers

This location cares about it's employees, as a mom, thanks for shutting down when the weather is bad. To everyone who has attitude because you couldn't get your food , the people who work there were able to make it home safe to thier mom's, kids, whatever. Some things are more important than a burger!

Ordered chicken strip basket when I got home it was popcorn shrimp! No receipt and they refused to exchange my meal! Now I’m 10.00 in the whole and didn’t even get to eat!

Never will get the ranch I didn't know it was expired till I looked at my grandmas ranch dipping sauce and it was expired and it gave me food poisoning never again
