Drive-thru took thirty-five minutes. Then a couple weeks ago, the drive-thru was closed at 9:45 p.m. when they are supposed to close at 10.

I love their burgers and I ordered their flamethrower burger with bacon , it was great but I had asked for it to be without flamethrower sauce , it would really be nice if they could get their orders correct, I was already halfway to St Louis before I realized it had flamethrower sauce , I like the burger hot. But, five stars for tasty food, please guys just get it right next time !

Not impressed with this location whatsoever. Tried to get dinner tonight and was told the ice cream machine was closed down since it was nearing closing, but that they'd take my order in a minute. Totally understandable. About 2 minutes later I was told that everything was shut down and that they were no longer serving food. That was not totally understandable. Not only was my time wasted, but so was my gas in my car. I have noticed a pattern with this place and that is that the service is not very good. About 2 weeks ago I was here with my friend on lunch and they took our order in the drive thru. We were parked and sat there waiting for at least 20 minutes. All the while we got to watch other people get their food who had been behind us in line. When my friend went in to see what was up she was told that they forgot about us. Everytime I come here whoever takes my order is rude and unenthusiastic. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business and I will not be back.

Went there twice now first time the inside of the restaurant was not clean tables we're not cleaned off and second time we waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just for them to take out order

There was nothing flame broiled about my double cheeseburger. Luke warm burger patties clearly pulled from a warming tray, zero hint of having ever been grilled or broiled. That gross burger and a fry was over 12 dollars. Lastly, they dont accept american express. Go elsewhere

Could not get waited on. Drive thru speaker not working. Multiple cars lined up , majority pulling out and leaving. Worst DQ ever!!!!!!!

Waited in line at 9:10 for 40 minutes while being completely ignored, along with the line of cars that wrapped around the building, honked the horn, knocked on door, even walked around to the front to see if anyone was in there, just to find that the workers were arguing with each other, sitting on their butts ignoring the line of cars PURPOSELY. found the owners name, Paul Jurgens. and i will be contacting him to let him know this is how his establishment is ran. Locals have said this is a COMMON thing with this location, which is a shame. Last time we were here, they made us wait outside for our food so they could start cleaning the building early, and then proceeded to stop making our food because they “assumed we had left” even after paying the $60 for the food we had ordered. so the plain jane response from whoever managers this page, is JUST that. a response that doesnt mean anything. “please give us another chance”. wellllll, we did and check it out. EMBARASSING PAUL. EMBARASSING.

And Paul, if you are seeing this and you dont believe its worth a legitamate response, think twice. You dont know me, but i promise i’ll be the BIGGEST karen you’ve ever met. i will contact every corporate office possible and FORCE your franchise to change or shut down. :) thanks!!

Front check in girl was nice! The other 2 girls were rude even to the kids. Than was complaining about a customer in front of all the other customers. Definitely not professional.

Food was good, but employees were super rude through out the entire visit. Not just to us but other customers as well. Took a lot of restraint not to tell them off. The large drive through lady was especially terrible

We waited for our order to be taken for 10 minutes she answer us finally and was very rude she didn’t want to take our order at all. She was acting like she couldn’t hear us because she was talking over us and when we said our first order she said very rudely “ANYTHING ELSE” we had to repeat ourselves 4 times because she wasn’t listening at all. Whoever that was working on 6/26/2025 at 6:50 pm needs to be fired immediately she clearly doesn’t want to work or do any work. Not even to mention there was no one in line or even in the parking lot. If she doesn’t want to be working then she can go home and sit on her ass and complain all day.
