We were driving through the area traveling and decided to give it a shot. Went through the drive through. The chicken and fries were fine but the gravy that we were given was the temperature of the surface of the sun. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to taste any food for a week with how burned the top of my tongue is. Also instead of Texas toast, like you’re supposed to get with your chicken basket, we were given just grilled white bread like you’d get from the grocery. Thin sliced. Do better.

REVIEW UPDATE: responding to a customer review, asking that customer to click a link and explain their issue for a second time is not customer service. You’ve read my review and know what location it was for. You could contact the franchise owner with the feedback without asking the customer to do that first you. It’s obvious getting the feedback to them is not your priority. Do better at that location… and do better with your customer service online.

This is the worse Dairy Queen ever. Doesn’t matter if they have nobody in the parking lot or drive thru they make you wait before taking your order no matter what! Just try it. This place deliberately does awful customer service

Took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get cold fries and not the right food. What the hell was I waiting for if my fries are cold!? Didn't even sauce the chicken strips. They won't be getting my money again. Again why did I have to wait 20 minutes!?

I rarely go to DQ, but when I do I have hopes its going to be better than the last. Never fails to disappoint.
I asked for peanut butter topping, actually got a mix of peanut butter and chocolate. Obviously they forgot a layer of ice cream as well. The tall lid for Peanut butter parfaits used to barely cover the top. Now it doesn't cover anything but the bottom....

Drive-thru took thirty-five minutes. Then a couple weeks ago, the drive-thru was closed at 9:45 p.m. when they are supposed to close at 10.

I love their burgers and I ordered their flamethrower burger with bacon , it was great but I had asked for it to be without flamethrower sauce , it would really be nice if they could get their orders correct, I was already halfway to St Louis before I realized it had flamethrower sauce , I like the burger hot. But, five stars for tasty food, please guys just get it right next time !

Not impressed with this location whatsoever. Tried to get dinner tonight and was told the ice cream machine was closed down since it was nearing closing, but that they'd take my order in a minute. Totally understandable. About 2 minutes later I was told that everything was shut down and that they were no longer serving food. That was not totally understandable. Not only was my time wasted, but so was my gas in my car. I have noticed a pattern with this place and that is that the service is not very good. About 2 weeks ago I was here with my friend on lunch and they took our order in the drive thru. We were parked and sat there waiting for at least 20 minutes. All the while we got to watch other people get their food who had been behind us in line. When my friend went in to see what was up she was told that they forgot about us. Everytime I come here whoever takes my order is rude and unenthusiastic. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business and I will not be back.

Went there twice now first time the inside of the restaurant was not clean tables we're not cleaned off and second time we waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just for them to take out order

There was nothing flame broiled about my double cheeseburger. Luke warm burger patties clearly pulled from a warming tray, zero hint of having ever been grilled or broiled. That gross burger and a fry was over 12 dollars. Lastly, they dont accept american express. Go elsewhere

Could not get waited on. Drive thru speaker not working. Multiple cars lined up , majority pulling out and leaving. Worst DQ ever!!!!!!!
