the vents on the ceiling have mold in them. they do not clean the mop heads so they mop the floor with filth. their pizza is dry as can be . i just wanted to make sure everyone knew just incase someone gets sick. health department needs to be called about the mold

If you are OK with rude service to get good food then this is a place for you. We had interaction with two employees, not sure who was ruder, the original employee or who she called over to help her because thier system stopped accepting gift cards "awhile back".... I asked for them to explain how I should handle remaining $75 left on my gift card and was told... "maybe try a different Imos". I don't think so and then a miracle happened, it worked?????

We own a seasonal riverfront campground & float business in the area so we run into Sullivan a lot for food for both ourselves & our work team as well. My husband loves Imos! I prefer Mozzarella cheese, so our solution is 1/2 Provel & 1/2 Mozzarella so we are both happy! (Just suggesting in case someone did not know you can do that!) The salads are really good as well! We go to this Sullivan location at times to eat in, but mostly carry out. Service has always been great! We also go to the St Charles locations when in StL! I would just suggest for everyone to be kind to the people who are working...they are not the 30% who quit or just don't show up for their shift which creates a hardship on everyone. It is still very hard to find & build a good team....we know because we have similiar issues. Good help is definitely hard to find...so I always keep that in mind from leaving a good tip & thanking their staff. Little things help the work staff to know they are appreciated. No, it's not our job as customers to do that, but if you appreciate Imos & love ❤️their food...then help them out by appreciating their work staff! A little positiveness goes a long way! The End!

Usually great food. But as far as customer service. This place has alot to learn in that dept. When you screw up an order and give out part of an order. You remake it. NOT all but call the customer a liar and ask if they even ordered them. Manager wanted to say I was upset over a "small issue" well a small issue is accidentally giving part of an order. It becomes a big issue when the customer is called a liar(paraphrasing) but WOW. Imos in Sullivan needs to do better
