I normally would give Jack in the box five star across the board. However, this time they messed up on my order. I ordered two tacos and two mummy wrap tacos and ended up getting five regular tacos and no mommy wrap tacos. I was looking forward to my mowing your wrap. Taco and didn't find out. I didn't have them till I got home and I lived 20 minutes away ☹️

Ordered ahead on the app. A total of 22 dollars. When I arrived I waited 5 minutes at window before we were even spoken too then sent to a parking spot where we waited another 15 minutes. Then I had to go inside restaurant and explain situation. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes as they had forgotten about my order. Was not even given an apology or offered any kind of compensation for wasting over a half hour of my time. Watched multiple people behind me get their orders. Will never be back to this restaurant.

Seriously love some Jack in the box tacos!! They aren't even good, they are just something you gotta have when you see the clown. October has 2 for 3 monster tacos...even better. Staff was amazing!

I remember when Jack in the box was my favorite place to eat. It may have just been this store, but the food was nowhere near what it used to be. I will not be back. Had I not been traveling, I would have taken it back.
From now on I'm going JBox b4 I go McDs or BK. I didn't know they have good fresh food. Good service real workers not punk brats

Arrived at the drive through and ordered our food after having to wait five minutes. After ordering, we had to wait another 15 minutes before we got the food and half the order was wrong. There were only two cars in the parking lot and one in line with us… no reason for that long of a wait time with an incorrect order. I wasn’t even able to do anything about it because they gave no receipt.
