Food is amazing! Staff are fast, efficient, and very polite. I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes to get my food.Vegetarian options: The Veggie Sandwich has only lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and avacado spread. It is to die for!! My ultimate favorite and always my first go to.

My family use to order all of the time. Delivery was fast and friendly. But we never and I mean never get what we order.We haven’t ordered in over a year and decided to order. Hopeful we would get what we ordered. Nope once again a let down. Was told we will remake it and send it out. I’m so done with this Jimmy johns. $22 dollars for 2 sandwiches and they can’t get things right. I use to work for Jimmy johns downtown STL for a few years and it was way busy, and have never had something like this with our customers. Get your staff trained and off the cellphones and pay attention to your job people!!!!

This place was cold, almost went to get a jacket! But...sandwiches were good as usual. Service was fast and friendly.In the past I was usually odering delivery when getting Jimmy John's for lunch at work. Delivery was always very fast.

If you drive thru & place an order in person, service is acceptable. If you order online, no one responds to let you know when your order is ready. If you just show up, food is sitting in the sun, at the drive up window.
