Waited in line for over 30 minutes on a Saturday evening was told that the manager on duty's name was Dave. The employee didn't know anything else they had the first window closed. The second window was open. They lost my order and they would not do anything about it.

When did you change where you can't use the bathroom unless you show them a receipt that you're purchasing something from McDonald's that's shady that's stupid so you can't go to the bathroom without buying something from McDonald's that's messed up

Went here just recently and tell me why the employees were very rude? This ine worker practically slamed the tray on the table and grabbed the table number right off. You could tell she absolutely didn't care about her job. Another thing about this restraunt is that the burgers were slapped together. They were messy, and ketchup was everywhere, and the wrapper wasn't even wrapped! 2/5 stars

I ordered breakfast through the Mobile app at 10:10 am, paid for my breakfast and my order and payment was accepted. I went to this location and the drive thru line was extremely slow moving. I got to the speaker right at 10:30 and was told I could not get my order because they just stopped serving breakfast.
First of all, the app should not allow someone to order if you can’t get what you ordered. Secondly, if the staff would not have been moving so slow and it would not have been such a long wait in the drive thru line I would have made it to the speaker before 10:30 and been able to receive the breakfast I ordered and paid for. And finally, I do not get an immediate refund for my order. I have to wait for the money to go back to my account.
This is terrible service and needs resolution.

I am going to stop coming they refuse to take my payment with debit card at the register told me cash only then told me I had to use the kiosk but it won't let u edit ur food way u want there does not give u the option idk how u can refuse my money

First of all, I waited for about 4-7 minutes, ok fine. But then, the person who brought my food to the window was on his cellphone and didn't acknowledge me with any words. Fries were not fresh. No more. I've given multiple chances.

Un-friendly staff. No thank you’s at all. Takes forever to get your food. Sit at the drive through box and have to repeat your order over and over multiple times. Then get home and order is still wrong. Train the staff to be friendly and pay attention. Paid for overpriced garbage food and bad service. Avoid this place
