Woman at the drive thru was very rude. Asked if I was using the app I said no. Then nothing. I said hello 3 times then she said go ahead with your order whenever you are ready. Told her my order then drove to the window, she didn't even say hello or how much my order was. Gave her my card and she handed it back without receipt or saying thank you have a nice day nothing! The worst!

The one thing I ask them not to put on my mcchicken they do I asked for no mayo and to keep the lettuce. They took off the lettuce and added mayo

We stopped on our way home from vacation to grab a quick bite to eat and use the restrooms. Sadly at that point of time, the business had a strong smell like someone had gotten ill throughout the building. The restroom was dirty as well. While we waited in line, we saw the patrons ahead of us bring back drink cups stating that they were given to them as a mistake but instead of throwing away the cups that had been handled by the public, the employee at the registered stuck them back on the new cups and handed them out to the next person who ordered that size of drink. The food was not great but it could have been from seeing the health code violations and the smell that ruined it for us. Staff was friendly, just poorly trained on safe serving. We would not be stopping at this McDonalds again after what we saw.
ALL of the food was super fresh and Cheyenne(I think that was her name) she was running out orders and she helped us upfront, AWESOME customer service! :) she was super sweet and helpful, great location

Toilets were nasty. They haven’t cleaned the toilets in a while. Garbage was over flowing. They were out of paper towels. Gross!

Waited 20 minutes for 3 sodas then they never gave me my food . Waited 10 more minutes just to be ignored and got a refund go to st clair Missouri for better service
Got my food right away and it was correct.
