I pulled up to the box the guy seem kinda irritated when taking my order I then pull up to the widow and told me my total and asked if I'd want a receipt I said no thank you have a nice day, I then pull up to the second window and she hands me myfood and closes the windows I hate to be that person but I am no have a good day or your welcome or anything just closes the window. I mean seriously. Well then I eat my first original mcchicken of give it a 4/5 but then I start eating by 2nd spicy mcchicken is kinda hard doesn't taste fresh at all. Now cuba McDonald's might take forever but atleast is fresh. I don't see my returning to Sullivan McDonald's. AND NO NAPKINS

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from an employee named Jennifer. When I asked a simple question, she responded with a smug attitude and unnecessary rudeness. When I asked for her name—just to ensure I had a record for my refund—she then proceeded to complain about me to her coworkers while the service window was still open, allowing me to hear everything she said.

This behavior was unprofessional and made an already frustrating experience worse. I hope this is addressed appropriately so that future customers are treated with more respect.

1st time in a long time that I've been happy with the food or service at any McDonald's. Team was friendly. Food was prepared perfectly and the order was right!

The food is usually good, but the fries can be too cold or too salty. The service is terrible. They give you looks and don’t even say “your welcome” or ask if we need anything else. I work at McDonald’s, so I know the proper procedure, and it’s clear that they’re not following it. The overall atmosphere is pretty bad. The floors are never swept, and the tables aren’t clean.

We get the $5 Dollar meal. It's really good and always fresh. You can a double cheeseburger or a chicken sandwich. It comes with a small fry and 4 chicken nuggets and a small soda.

So where to start. It’s a nice place much nicer than the McDonalds in the UK, but at least in the UK the customer service from the employees is decent. Now I’m not saying everyone who works in this McDonalds isn’t good at their job far from it. It’s just one lady who seems to honestly not care about the customers or her job at all. I would love to Name and Shame her but never catch her name. She brought food to the table myself and my wife was sat at and mutter something under her breathe. I’ve had several interactions with this employee since I’ve moved to the US in October. This I feel isn’t how a person in a customer service role should act. I hope McDonalds in Sullivan, MO look at this and giver her some further training or something. She ruins the experience of going out for something to eat at a place that’s meant to be one of the happiest places in the world.

Now other than that one person this is probably the top 5 McDonalds I’ve been too and I’ve been to several around the world.

I mean it's McDonald's, can't really go wrong with it. Always check your order, cause they do typically get something wrong on it but they're always quick to fix it for you! Employees have always been super nice as well.

Spent 20+ minutes in the drive through sitting at the speaker, where they kept telling me to wait and read the menu (the menu was not working). Ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

One of the worst McDonalds around. Your order will not be correct if you don’t baby sit it. Wait time for drive through is astonishingly long considering a low pop area. My wife got a caramel coffee and received brown hot water. Not even kidding. I prefer a plain burger and you have no idea how hard it is for them to NOT put garments on it. Our nuggets felt like they were days old. I could go on, but they have already got enough of my time. STOP EATING AT THIS LOCATION. The owner of this location should be ashamed.

Paid, was told to move forward. Order #7, got a egg mcmuffin instead, hash browns missing, but charged for orange juice. We were on the road for weekend and I wouldn't turn back.

Waited for probably 10 minuites at the first window when the second side was opened as well. Had a code for my order and was told as soon as we pulled up it would be one moment till they got with us. As I watched not 1 not 2 but 3 vehicles order and go by us in the second window I had, had enough and drove to the second window and magically someone asked what I would like to order. Weird. Guess the first window broke after they said they would be with us. Now here we set after the multiple people before us drove through and got their order before us I can’t help but be frustrated and upset with the service. I know right now it’s hard to find help and service but it’s not that hard to communicate what’s going on. I’ll probably cancel my McDonald’s app and never be back after this experience. It was one of the worst I’ve ever had.
