“Absolutely love this place. Has been my go-to for nutritious post-workout shakes, healthy breakfast and healthy lunches (the chicken power bowl is my favorite). They also have a really good salad bar and many different flavors of protein balls. This restaurant, no exaggeration, is a definite gem for this area if you’re looking for healthy food.“

“We stopped in to Muddy Banks with our boys after going to the Cavern tour. Very friendly service. Nice, new, big, modern barn style restaurant with patio. My husband LOVED the pulled pork sandwich. Vegetarian options available! The portobello sandwich was delicious. Mac and cheese and fries good too! Hibiscus tea was wonderful. I tried the Pink Bunny feature drink which was very refreshing! “Got the two pizzas thereunder they were very good hot fresh and I would give it five stars but for two it costs me around $48. A little bit high priced if you ask me but was in a rush so tried it. I'll be back but it'll be a bit when I have the extra money to spend on it.“
