DO NOT ORDER OFF UBER EATS APP. Their app is messed up and drivers are unable to complete pick up here. In order to do so the driver has to drive another 12mins from pick up before driving to you. That folks equals cold pizza. Uber is no help and will only end up canceling the order which means Pizza Hut loses money, the driver loses money and Uber loses and possibly the customer loses out of the driver doesn’t want to drive that extra 12mins. You would think Uber wouldn’t want to lose their own profit right? Wrong. Pizza Hut here needs to remove themselves from the app until Uber can fix it.
Stick with DoorDash or the Pizza Hut app.

I hadn't had Pizza Hut in a while. Was hungry for it so I ordered 2 topping medium hand tossed...suddenly pan crust cist over $1 more! Taste was....ok. crust was almost soggy! Cist was outrageous!! Could have gotten 2 med 2 topping and cheesy bread for less! Guess I won't be hungry for it again for a long time!

We asked to be seated by the window, we wanted to watch the car. The guy said "I don't have a server for that area, I can't sit you there." He sat us 4 tables away from window. We waited 15 minutes before we finally flagged someone down for some waters. Then the girl said "your server just got here, it'll be a few mn." Server came over, took our order then came out a few minutes later and told us it would be another 15 minutes for chicken & dumplings. We left.

spent $56.00 today got 2 1/2 melts both were hard as a rock not edible at all and a pizza thatbtasted like it was a week old tried sending email to customer service butbit kept coming back as unsentimental
then it said I had no account then it said my account was locked then nothing

The Pizza Hut in my hometown of Sullivan, MO is a great store! The employees are really nice, eager to please, & clean. I go there EVERY Friday or Saturday for the BEST BONE IN TRADITIONAL WINGS AROUND!! I order them every weekend. I love the pizzas too. I particularly like the sauce…..hell, I love it all!!! Lol Everyone there knows who I am and I do my very best to remember all of their names.
We ordered from your restaurant and ordered a full order that is on line as you can see in pictures didn’t get what was ordered online and then when we called about it they lied to us saying we only have a half order

They just don't have any good specials. Every week Imos iffer a buy get one and Pizza Hut doesn't offer anything like that. They won't even fix their fountain soda machine.

We stopped by after an adventure at Meremac Caverns. We had a party of 14 and didn't call ahead (mostly children).The place was super clean and the staff went above and beyond to help out!They were so polite and the wait for pizza was short. Everything was great! Great food, great service!
