Everything I've ever gotten from Rich's was delicious, but it's hard to pull myself away from their BLT! My favorite BLT that I've ever had - and the catfish is delicious too!

The food is really good. This is the first time we have visited the new location. It seems to have the same issues as the old one. The wait time is always really long, so make sure to plan accordingly. The wait staff kind of made us feel rushed but could've followed up a bit better. I think they were pushing to turn tables, but there is room to add a few more tables. Im not sure the kitchen could keep up, though.

What I ordered: - Italian Beef Speciality Sandwich - Side of Spicy Pickle Fries w/ ranch Wow! Decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat while on a trip back to STL from Branson, MO, and I am *so* glad we did! The establishment was clean, friendly, and inviting. There is plenty of seating inside and and even a small arcade section for the kiddos (or kids at heart). Menu is fairly simple and they have specials that vary - so be sure to ask! I saw they had Italian Beef and that was calling my name, so when we asked the waitress what her recommendations were and was her personal go-to, I knew I had to try it. All of the burgers/sandwiches come with fries, but I subbed the spicy pickle fries for the normal fries ($2.00 up-charge) with a side of ranch. Food came out quick, large portions, and it was DELICIOUS! It tasted even better than it looked which is rare. All in all, I would give this a 10/10 for the quick, clean, and delish meal and would most definitely stop again on my next trip through the area!

I was travelling through Sullivan and decided to stop. Upon leaving, and after an hour on the road again, I realized I'd forgotten a personal item. I called the restaurant and they suggested I call back the following day to speak with the GM. I provided my number and address twice to hopefully have my item returned. They ignored me and kept my belonging. I'll never stop by again and I travel through there at least twice a year. Due to having to keep a customer returning year after year by paying a couple dollars postage, they've lost a customer forever.
Really enjoyed the Western Burger. The patty was cooked to perfection. Service was a little slow, but they were working hard to service all the tables. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for a tasty burger.

Excellent food and atmosphere. These are the most friendliest people I've encountered in the Midwest. The host as well as other employees made many suggestions and food options.I enjoyed a 1/2 lb. Burger with grilled onions, fried pickles, and hot wings. I didn't get the catfish but everyone seems to love it.I live over an hour away but I WILL RETURN for the dine in experience.
