Have been coming here for years (on weekends- on Weekdays I go to the kirkwood location) and about half the time, the drink is made incorrectly and I have to go back in and get it corrected. I don’t think they have real espresso either- they use syrup instead and it tastes completely different from the other Starbucks that use real espresso. It’s an ok alternative but not the same. I still go here to try to give them a chance to see if they improve the quality but they haven’t done it yet unfortunately :-(
If you want real espresso and/or want the SAME drink you order every time, don’t go to this location. Be advised if coming here.

Went through the drive through this morning for some iced tea. The lady at the other end of the microphone was so pleasant and Cheerful. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The service was quick. The drinks are delicious, but her attitude outshines everything else.Unfortunately, I did not get her name. I wish I had. Sunday, July 20, 2025 at 10 o’clock in the morning.

i ordered a venti pink drink with sugar free vanilla and no inclusions and this barista made is absolutely superbly!!! i asked her how she made it so exceedingly well and she said “i made it with love” thank you kaleigh for the most spectacular drink that has ever graced my lips!!!!

my drink was horrible. i ordered a lemonade. why the hell dis it look like CURDLED MILK. my boyfriend picked up the drink for me and he didn’t know better because had that been me? I would not have accepted the drink. and made them give me my money back. I dumped the drink out and didn’t even drink it. What a waste of eight dollars save your money don’t go here.

Service wasn't bad but as soon as we pulled up to the window it smelled of burnt coffee thinking maybe they just throw out an old batch we still got our 2 coffees that came to almost $13 and it was the most discussing thing ever it was only the flavor of burnt coffee and made us sick to drink. I love the Mocha frappuccino in the glass jar that you get from the gas station, that is starbucks and the Frappuccino I got was nothing like that. 👎 🤮

Seriously the worst drive thru customer service I’ve experienced. The girl working the DT seemed like a miserable person! Hot coffee was cold and not made to order.
Waiting and waiting as many, many drive thru customers are served and the seven of us sit and wait for 25 min for drinks. No one else was inside.

I visited the store in Sullivan Missouri today and found everybody there to be so polite, as usual. The girl that helped me, Allie, was remarkable and made a perfect drink for me. Her politeness and helpfulness was pretty extraordinary. I love this store and this is the Starbucks I come to 95% of the time. Anytime I'm in the Sullivan area this is where I'll be.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They were cleaning the floors and there was a huge pile of dirt and dust bunnies right in the middle of the walkway. I was the only person in the store and had to wait 20 minutes for them to fix my drink. There were five women working in the store but only one fixing drinks. The others were standing around and talking and doing other things. Horrible customer service.
