my drink was horrible. i ordered a lemonade. why the hell dis it look like CURDLED MILK. my boyfriend picked up the drink for me and he didn’t know better because had that been me? I would not have accepted the drink. and made them give me my money back. I dumped the drink out and didn’t even drink it. What a waste of eight dollars save your money don’t go here.

Service wasn't bad but as soon as we pulled up to the window it smelled of burnt coffee thinking maybe they just throw out an old batch we still got our 2 coffees that came to almost $13 and it was the most discussing thing ever it was only the flavor of burnt coffee and made us sick to drink. I love the Mocha frappuccino in the glass jar that you get from the gas station, that is starbucks and the Frappuccino I got was nothing like that. 👎 🤮

I visited the store in Sullivan Missouri today and found everybody there to be so polite, as usual. The girl that helped me, Allie, was remarkable and made a perfect drink for me. Her politeness and helpfulness was pretty extraordinary. I love this store and this is the Starbucks I come to 95% of the time. Anytime I'm in the Sullivan area this is where I'll be.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They were cleaning the floors and there was a huge pile of dirt and dust bunnies right in the middle of the walkway. I was the only person in the store and had to wait 20 minutes for them to fix my drink. There were five women working in the store but only one fixing drinks. The others were standing around and talking and doing other things. Horrible customer service.

Order came out right. But we asked him 2 times to redeem stars when ordering and at the window. That did not happen. All he had to say was oops.
Got a frappe and bacon, gouda & egg sandwich. The drink was handed to me without the lid properly sealed, resulting in it popping off and making a mess in my car. In addition, the sandwich was a joke. Literally one small piece of bacon broken in half. Looks nothing like the photo on the app. Can’t believe they sell them for $4.95. Both the drink and sandwich tasted just okay at best. I will never be back.

Sullivan Starbucks is a very homey, little place with very altruistic employees. I went through the drive-thru, and the lady at the window smiled and a kind voice for both me and the person she was talking to through the headset. I got a tall vanilla bean Frappuccino without whip cream, substituted with oat milk, and they got my order right and to me VERY swiftly. If you need a place to stop, they have EXPANSIVE parking. Fiscally, it was only five dollars, which for how delectable it is, is a deal you cannot miss. Would I recommend this place to somebody else? YES!
