worst service ever i waited at the register to place my order and nobody showed up they are busy taking drive thru i waited like 15 minutes than place my order by there app and got my coffee after 10 minutes later really sucks customer service

I ordered an iced gingerbread latte with oat milk & received a glass of regular milk with gingerbread cold foam???? My boyfriend didn’t know what I ordered and drove away and we’re on our way back to Chicago in the middle of a rainstorm/snowstorm so obviously we’re not going back to get it remade. Just confused on how they thought that’s what I wanted?

I ordered only a chai iced tea from inside and I had to wait 20 mins just to get my tea. And other people after me got their order. Not sure why that was. I asked several times for my tea and had to tell them my name a couple of times and I kept being told that they were working on it. It doesnt take 20 mins to make a tea. That was horrible service. And they didn't tell me why I had to wait so long.

Honestly the most disgusting drink ive ever had. I ordered the banana protein matcha and it tasted like they added in espresso. The banana cold foam had no flavor. Definitely not the best start to my birthday.

It’s pretty bad when you mess a drink up and get it remade just to get it messed up again, for the second weekend in a row……. I have came here damn near 5 days a week for the last 2 years and get the same drink every-time an iced white mocha that’s it that’s all. And you literally put PUMPKIN IN IT the first time you remade it and messed it up again, and now you put peppermint in it. Obviously you guys don’t read or just don’t care. But I would like to get what I pay for, that’s all

I don't get to go often but it seems when I do and order more than one drink, they're always made incorrectly. Where today I asked for a hot drink along side a seperate iced drink, I recieved both iced. Also both tasting so rancid neither of us could drink more than a few sips. And I was not about to go in and ask for it to be remade. Last time I tried to get an order corrected the woman was so mean I left crying. Disappointed..

This particular visit was disappointing. I ordered a tall latte with whipped cream. Got to work and opened it and it was half full. This is unacceptable!
Have been coming here for years (on weekends- on Weekdays I go to the kirkwood location) and about half the time, the drink is made incorrectly and I have to go back in and get it corrected. I don’t think they have real espresso either- they use syrup instead and it tastes completely different from the other Starbucks that use real espresso. It’s an ok alternative but not the same. I still go here to try to give them a chance to see if they improve the quality but they haven’t done it yet unfortunately :-(
If you want real espresso and/or want the SAME drink you order every time, don’t go to this location. Be advised if coming here.

Went through the drive through this morning for some iced tea. The lady at the other end of the microphone was so pleasant and Cheerful. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The service was quick. The drinks are delicious, but her attitude outshines everything else.Unfortunately, I did not get her name. I wish I had. Sunday, July 20, 2025 at 10 o’clock in the morning.
