Have been coming here for years (on weekends- on Weekdays I go to the kirkwood location) and about half the time, the drink is made incorrectly and I have to go back in and get it corrected. I don’t think they have real espresso either- they use syrup instead and it tastes completely different from the other Starbucks that use real espresso. It’s an ok alternative but not the same. I still go here to try to give them a chance to see if they improve the quality but they haven’t...
