I visited the store in Sullivan Missouri today and found everybody there to be so polite, as usual. The girl that helped me, Allie, was remarkable and made a perfect drink for me. Her politeness and helpfulness was pretty extraordinary. I love this store and this is the Starbucks I come to 95% of the time. Anytime I'm in the Sullivan area this is where I'll be.
Sullivan Starbucks is a very homey, little place with very altruistic employees. I went through the drive-thru, and the lady at the window smiled and a kind voice for both me and the person she was talking to through the headset. I got a tall vanilla bean Frappuccino without whip cream, substituted with oat milk, and they got my order right and to me VERY swiftly. If you need a place to stop, they have EXPANSIVE parking. Fiscally, it was only five dollars, which for how delectable...
The staff here is incredible! Even when they are experiencing lots of customers they stay positive with all guests, and get drinks out quickly. They have a great balance of seating room, merchandise available, and windows to let the light in. I go here probably 75 times a year and never have any problems.
