My son and I went in for lunch and it appeared that the young man, Malachi was working alone. He was friendly, fast and efficient with our order and when a women came in behind us he took a moment to assure her he’d be right with her. As someone that has worked in food service and customer service most of my life, I just had to give him props. So many young people are not suited for food service but Malachi does an excellent job.
Ordered there nacho’s online when I got there they were out of nacho’s and said they couldn’t give me a refund. I eat at this subway every week. Manager would not come out front and talk to me. No gift no refund was offered. I did not want a sandwich I didn’t order a sandwich
Condiments were frozen. I ordered a #20 chicken bacon ranch. It comes toasted and i asked for extra crispy bacon rotated twice. They roasted the bacon but not the sandwich and wouldn't remake or refund it. The manager who looked to be about 15 said she would toast the whole thing after the sandwich was dressed with everything but I didn't want soggy sandwich toppings
I went in during a road trip to texas for a fast eat. I asked them for the Artisan Bread and I hot white, along with the mayo being to heavy after I had asked for it to be light. To top this experience off, when I walked in I was asked to wait for 5 minutes which is fine. I felt like it didn't add a good reputation to the experience adding in the other mishaps that happened.

Slowest worker I have ever experienced made my kids sandwiches over the course of a full 6 minutes. It literally felt like a prank.
Then I buy a drink and there's no ice in the entire store. Something I would think you'd tell a paying customer. Then the kids insisted we eat inside and we spent the entire time there listening to an alarm going off in back. I'll never come back.

For one the price of the food here greatly outweighs the taste. 2nd the state of the food preferrably the veggies
(lettuce) was wilted and YELLOW tomatoes were mushy.
. When i presented these FACTS i was greeted with a very snide comment from an employee. Now i know they deal with alot daily... but it's part of their job to make sure the food is presentable and FRESH! ITS ON THEIR MISSION STATEMENT. OVERALL i will not be back because horrible service with subject food... doesn't add up to a suvcessful

Always so slow in service, employees peaking head out from back scared to come out and help. Only go with a coupon, and they still overcharge you, this has happened several times now. Bread was hard lettuce brown, I won't be a customer any longer and this is every time I go.

Came in on today, 5/5 around noon, surprisingly was not busy. Workers did not bother to change gloves once—even after touching computer, bags, stickers, etc. the veggies were not fresh. Cucumbers and lettuce looked horrible.
workers did not talk once besides saying total and asking if we wanted sandwiches toasted. And to top it off there was no sweet tea.
Overall not a very good experience, at the very least the three girls should’ve switched gloves. ?
Subway to a the core. Decent. Good stuff. Getcha a pull!

i will not be back here. the entire time all 4 employees refused to acknowledge me. they let my sandwiches sit on the counter while i waited for them to talk to me. i couldn’t even ask for my soda cup because they were too busy laughing with each other in the back.

Good service fresh food
Terrible service. We were ignored while 2 employees were doing side work, so we had to wait to order. They weren't friendly. We ate there and were told 10 minutes before closing that they were closing, so we had to leave. Also, many of their chips were expired.
