My son and I went in for lunch and it appeared that the young man, Malachi was working alone. He was friendly, fast and efficient with our order and when a women came in behind us he took a moment to assure her he’d be right with her. As someone that has worked in food service and customer service most of my life, I just had to give him props. So many young people are not suited for food service but Malachi does an excellent job.
Maria was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Best sandwich I’ve had at subway in a very long time! She was very accommodating and very friendly! We will be back to see Maria! Her sandwiches are the best because she listens to what the customer wants and gives them exactly what they ask for! Thank you Maria!
One of my go-to's for a quick (but costly- see below) lunch in Sullivan, this fairly new location scores off the charts for cleanliness and appearance. Never have I dined in a cleaner and sparkling fast food place- and that includes the restrooms here. The seasonal decorations are plentiful and cheerful. The staff is well-trained and accommodating. The quality of food is up to Subway's standards, but I have to deduct one star for the value proposition. This place...
