We frequently go here and have never had a problem, other than the AI ordering at the drive thru. That has improved in the past few months.

The A.I. ordering system in the drive-thru has messed up multiple times. I was told it would be a 6 minute wait and to pull forward. After having waited for nearly 15 minutes, I went to the window and was told it would be another 4 minutes. Both workers seemed clueless and unorganized throughout each interaction. The food is not worth the wait.

Wrong hours listed online and in store. Says they open at 6 but every morning that I drive by at 6:15-6:20 it’s still completely dark. Total bummer for those of us wanting a coffee on the way to work and bad business practice to not be open on time (this is almost a daily occurrence).

I’ve only dined here two times as I’m not from the area. But both times the employees were incredibly kind. Food was fresh and quick.

I love Wendy's, but this place sucks. It is waaaaay too slow. I like to eat fast food during lunch time, and the 3 times I tried to eat here for lunch, I was late coming back to work. I never have this problem with McDonald's, or Arby's, or Jack in the box, or Taco Bell. This only happens with Wendy's. They are entirety way too slow. I always, and I mean ALWAYS have to wait for an extended period of time. I won't be eating at this location anymore unless I'm off work at home and I order through door dash. The wait time is horrible.

As someone who has worked in the food industry I know how much impact reviews have and I wouldn’t be writing this if the food and service weren’t awful. First, they handed us the wrong order. I get it, mistakes happen. Then, they said that our order got bumped and they were working on it. Then came back and said that they were waiting on the grilled chicken to be done. I do appreciate the communication. They gave us our order and forgot to give us our correct drinks. We asked them for them then they handed us the wrong drinks again. We finally get the correct order. But the most insane thing to me is one of the grilled wraps was still half frozen… Definitely will not be going back.

Better than St. Louis but not good. It was great quality but kind of slow when it first opened. Now it’s 30 minute wait and terrible quality.

I saw the General manager (Jess) yesterday yelling at someone while on the phone behind the counter in front of customers. I've witnessed her yelling at her employees along with other shift managers yelling at their co workers on several occasions. Seems unprofessional to be making a scene in front of customers. General manager (Jess) of this particular Wendy's used to be a man and he was much kinder to his employees than the current one.

Pretty sure the only visit I've had good here was when the new gm was working the store.. she was very nice but made me aware yall made the old Sullivan gm the new gm of washington mo location.. Wow that was a huge mistake the guy is training his staff to ignore drivers waiting to order sat over 20 mins just to be told let them let the screen catch up another 10 minutes pass i said hello just to be ignored.. Wasn't even able to order completely unacceptable behavior

It was ok I ended up not finishing my food there we ate inside due to the simple fact 2 employees acted as if they were gonna get sick wasn't happy about that and was very loud too the whole time we was there my daughter was a little uncomfortable too because they were very loud and she autistic

15 min wait in drive threw for 2 kids meals only 2 cars infront and didn't get the toys. this wendys is by far the worst one I have been to.

Just went there tonight after my sons football game and the service was terrible!!! There was a drive thru FULL of cars and everyone was just inside standing around talking except our cashier jessica. She was friendly and was very apologetic about our service. Definitely won't be back there again!
