I always order by app I live out in the country so ordering ahead and have it brought to my car helped . Everytime we ask for toasted , I even add it to the comment section'toast all sandwiches" didn't do me any good only happens when the lady works . Not when the gentleman is there .

Still no resolution to a terrible experience a month ago. Subway is bottom of the barrel in customer service. A rude clerk that only gives a lot of excuses and not a peep from corporate to my email. There are many other fast food places more deserving of your dollar.

I ordered sandwiches to he delivered and after more than an hour had to have someone just go and pick them up. The manager/clerk refuses to refund my $10 delivery fees. The only thing he gives me is excuses.

I had a great sandwich from here the other day. There is a man and a woman who run this. The man is exceptionally nice. I stop in about once a month or every other month. Food is always great. Customer service could be more consistent between the two, but still good people.

Very rude!! I was actually told by the man behind the counter to be quiet because he was talking to my husband. And he couldn't hear or understand anything I was saying. He was very rude! I now know why they don't have any business, or very little. And I won't be back!!

After a funeral today 11 of us came into the Subway location, and I informed the lady working that I would be paying for everyone's food.. and after everyone had finally gone through the line, she accused a 7 year old of stealing a bag of chips before we even got the total.. she was completely snide and rude. And this was completely uncalled for considering how a 7-year-old just grabbed a bag of chips with his food because he was hungry and I had informed her I would be paying the total and had it yet paid the seven-year-old actually did not steal the chips nor was that his intention and it made him really upset of being accused of doing so. These people have absolutely no tact I'll be spreading it all over the place and I am going to be boycotting this location because of her little remark today. The kid just lost his great Grandma for god sakes.Get in touch with reality and try to dig way deep down inside of yourself to see if you can muster one ounce of compassion next time to the general public.
