Ordered the catfish dinner, it was delicious, can’t wait to have it again!
First time visiting, others didn't recommend but we wanted to give it a try. We ordered the cheese balls, and they were good. We also ordered the BLT hamburger small hamburger very greasy. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was very dry, and very greasy I had to soak up the grease with napkins, the greens beans were frozen and over seasoned. The sweet potato fries were burnt I didn't even try eating them. We won't be returning.

We had heard good things and bad things about this place, and decided to try for ourselves. The food was greasy, burned, and looked like it had been reheated for days. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and had to take napkins to soak up the grease. The meat was very dry and had to ask for extra bbq to add flavor. The sweet potato fries were dried out and burnt. we wouldn't recommend this place.
Food was not good, service was slow and I didn't get what I order at all
We have been inside 1 time to eat with the family and we have called to order food for pick up multiple times from here. I would have to say that the staff and food were amazing every time! Support your local small business! They are worth it!
Small portions, big prices. Prices esp for breakfast is waaay to high for our area and esp for what you get. 3 other cafe's 20 mi. away serves a huge breakfast for less money! I would come more if prices were lower and portions were bigger.

Food was good, has potential to be so much more. Very limited dinner menu. Hopefully will expand offerings in the future.

The servers and kitchen staff were incredible! My best friend and I had a great time and had delicious meals. The menu is also super fun and creative. We had the best time! It was an hour and 20 minute drive for us (in town for other reasons) and will totally make the trip again just to eat here!
Dietary restrictions: They were so wonderfully accommodating to my health issues. Gluten friendly and had no problem making things free of seasoning so I could eat without concern! Their kitchen staff also went out of their way to come talk to me to offer any other ways they could be helpful.

I don’t like giving poor reviews, but my son took me here for breakfast. We were the only customers there, and they only had one to go order. I expressed my opinion as a previous restaurant, owner, and connoisseur of some of the items that I ordered in a way to improve them to make them palatable. The waitress formed the cook in the kitchen And I overheard his response to her saying I don’t have time to soften real butter and put it on the toast when there isn’t even hardly any customers there? The bacon was horrible. The eggs did not taste good and the toast butter tasted very rancid. I don’t recommend it personally but I see a lot of good recommendations on here and I can’t relate. Sorry. As a restaurant owner, I always received peoples comments and opinions with great honor because it helped me improve my customer service. First impressions are everything when it comes to trying to make it go especially Avenue establishment and my first impression is I won’t go back. I won’t give a second chance when somebody has an attitude like that about improvements.
Had the chicken fried steak and eggs and it was the best I’ve ever had! So good!! And the wait staff was amazing as well.
First time eating dinner here tonight & it was delicious & the service was very good as well. So nice to have a restaurant back up and going in town!
