This was the third time we had horrible service at this resteraunt. We stood at the register to order for 18 minutes and NOBODY ever came to take our order. We hollard too. No answer. I have experienced this 3 times at this place. Very disappointed cause they cook good food.we drove to Salem to get there dairy queen.

I love this DQ! I have seizures... and unfortunately, last night while trying to order blizzards for my family I had one... scary right? ? The young man behind the counter didn't know what was going on, but told me it was ok and to just take my time. Fortunately the seizure didn't last but a few seconds, and eventually I was able to speak. It was embarrassing explaining, but he was very kind... So thanks again! Those few words meant the world to me! ?Kid-friendliness: It's Dairy Queen!

My chicken was raw and they waited until everyone in my party was done eating before bringing out more chicken that the cook said was "On me"... no one bothered to try and reimburse me for a meal I paid for and couldn't eat. So very disappointed and disgusted in this DQ!!!
