The service was good, the young lady was very communicative as to when to expect my order and saw to it that we had our cups as soon as my order was placed. Not sure who is making the food in the back but not a single tomato ended up on my sandwich and most of the sauce was squirted on the side of my sandwich with the lettuce they threw over there. Either retrain the people back there or put them on another duty.

Waited in line forever. Food was bad. Meat was over cooked did not have anything on them. Condiments, fries was cold abd over salted. Completely nasty. Oh and my Dr pepper had at least sone other drink missed with it.

It was busy, to be fair. What we ordered: caramel frappe, vanilla iced coffee, 2 sausage McGriddles, hashbrown, sprite, egg McMuffin. We did not receive the vanilla coffee and sausage McGriddle. The electronic menu did not display our order like most McDonald's and they did not read the order back. My main issue is that we asked for a sausage McGriddle meal and were told that's not on the menu, but we could get a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal. The Sausage McGriddle meal is on the menu. If it wasn't on the menu you could remove the egg and cheese from the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal. We instead asked for a sausage McGriddle and a hashbrown because the person was not understanding.

I ordered a sausage burrito with NO CHEESE and I got one with cheese in it.
Food was hot and didn't take long to serve us and they were busy and it was Saturday morning. The made one breakfast sandwich spicy and when I took it to see if they could do anything the manager cut in the order so they could fix it and didn't argue with me it only took a couple minutes and it was fixed. Everyone in that place were smiling. You don't see that everyday.

The teamwork in this McDonald's was amazing! They were closing early, the day I stopped in, for parking lot paving. I arrived right at closing time. The manager was cheering everyone on and she was very kind and quick! She helped the employees quickly make the last few orders. The best McDonald's manager I've ever seen. The employees were swift and helpful. The food was amazing and the bathrooms were spotless! I highly recommend going here for dinner!
