Food was ok, but the place was really dirty. They need to close for a weekend and do a deep clean, and update the furniture. The waitress was talking to patrons about how she will never get the COVID vaccine.
Best Mexican food I've had in a long time. Great place. Highly recommend.
Wow. It's like walking into a grandmas kitchen and she makes it fresh for you. Stumbled across this. Very good
Great Mexican food.
While making a fast tour around Olympic National Park, we stopped here for a mid-afternoon dessert. While the selection of pie was pretty slim, the slice of apple pie was large and tasty. The server recommended a scoop of ice cream that goes well with it. I think the name of the ice cream was caribou caramel. She was not wrong and the pie and ice cream was delicious.
God bless you all
The burger was good. They give nearly a plate full of thick-cut, greasy fries. Prices were high. ($18 for a taco salad! Cheapest burger was $13.50.) The floor was VERY STICKY. The bathroom was pretty rundown. Service was friendly, but slow. We had 3 tabs in our group of 9 people. Food was prepared one tab at a time so the first ones to receive food were almost finished eating by the time everyone received their food.
If you’re looking for a good, fresh breakfast or lunch, the Hungry Bear Cafe is the place to go!
Great little lunch spot. The wraps and salads we had were great and the hospitality was excellent.
Service was fast even though it was super busy. Sandwiches were delicious and some of the best specialty iced coffee I have ever had!

My husband and I stopped at Hungry Bear Cafe en route to Rialto Beach from Lake Crescent. We had expected we'd be skipping dinner and relying on trail snacks that night, so we were excited to stumble upon this place to get a hot meal! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When they heard we were hiking in the area, they gave us all sorts of coupons and travel brochures. Our waitress was happy to provide recommendations and the food was the epitome of home cooking. We started our meal with a warm and delicious broccoli cheddar soup. I had an order of chicken and toast. The chicken was crunchy and flavorful. My husband enjoyed a taco bowl. We both shared a plate of fresh-cut fries. The price was very reasonable. The service was quick, which was great for two people trying to make Rialto for sunset. I would definitely recommend stopping at Hungry Bear Cafe, if you're in the area!
Great food, fast wait staff.. Clean
We stayed at the Mount Washington and headed for the Flume. We called the Flume and had to re arrange our tickets and we said we were going to stop for a breakfast sandwich and they recommended we stop here at the Hungry Bear Cafe and we are soooooo glad we did. I swear to God best breakfast sandwich I ever had. The menu is amazing and everyone was so wicked nice. I hope they are doing well through this pandemic situation. I had a hard time deciding because everything looked so good. You won't regret the egg spinach and feta wrap... a mazing.
Delicious as always. Sometimes forgetting lunch at home is a blessing in disguise. Got a veggie omelet with feta instead of cheddar and added some black olives.
I absolutely loved this cafe my party order the chili cheese burger, Philly cheesesteak, and the wham burger. Food came out quickly on plates piled high and tasted wonderful. Would highly recommend stopping in on your travels
