Subway restaurants have gone downhill across the brand. As someone who used to manage at a location by the capital, and the busiest Subway in Jefferson City over on Eastland Dr, I feel like maybe my standards could be too high. But since their old assistant manager, Nick, left, the employees are incredibly rude, and the food quality couldn’t get any worse if they dunked the sandwich in the sink. Subway is ok. But this particular one needs to completely re-staff. This goes beyond food quality received and is completely the fault of the staff on the side of the building.

I bought two sandwiches and one sandwich was a grilled chicken with some cheese and a bunch of vegetables on it. When we arrived at work and tried to eat our dinner, that sandwich had only black olives and green peppers on it, no cheese, no meat AT ALL. I called them and let them know about it and I wanted it replaced or my money back because no one’s gonna eat those veggies between just bread, I was told the boss needed to review it and when I called back the next day, I was told they couldn’t give out any free sandwiches. Couldn’t even get a refund for a sandwich they messed up on. This is the second time within two weeks they got my order wrong. The first time I payed $3 for extra meat and I only got barely any meat on my sandwich at all. Dutch bakery in town is a better and safer bet. I wouldn’t order online from this place anymore, they will just call you a liar and not offer a refund nor a replacement.

Stop in was going to get a sub but the woman working seemed preoccupied with something happening in the gas station following several couples around outside. So I left, I know one of the police officers that was there and things were being shoplifted and he said there some connection why she was hendering them being able to speak with the group. It's ok I ate in Sedalia.

The staff was really friendly. The time I went there it was pretty busy. It still seemed like each one of the members of the staff gave individual attention to each customer. I always enjoy the food from Subway. I hope I never have to post a negative review for them.

I had a 6" dbl turkey. The customer service was quick and courteous! All the ingredients were super fresh. The best Subway I have been in a long time! Very clean!!Great job!!
