Went here for a birthday in the family and was greeted by the most personable and welcoming staff. They were noticeably busy, but Kara made sure we felt special and greeted us instantly. We then met our wonderful servers, Houston and Kaylee, who were absolutely amazing! Gave us all the best recommendations for food and wine, including the best barrel reserve red wine which was so smooth! Food was AMAZING! Everyone had nothing but good things to say! Definitely will recommend to friends!

Our server Nicki is outstanding. This is our fourth visit here over the last year or so and we have had her each time. She remembered our order and our names. The service is unmatched and her attentiveness to the guest is outstanding.

Everything was amazing! The host stand was super welcoming and got us seated quickly. Our server, Ella, was so nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the whole experience was great. I would definitely come back!

Went in for a line tasting with my friend. And Otis, Emily and Steve were very welcoming. Also tried the Summer Berry wine. Very sweet and refreshing. Love feeling welcomed like a family.

We had a really disappointing experience trying to dine here. My husband and I walked in without a reservation because Google showed reservation times available every 15 minutes. When we arrived, the hostess asked if we had a reservation, and when I said no, another employee asked, “Are we doing walk-ins?” I explained that there appeared to be plenty of reservation availability online, but was told that information is not always accurate and that they were short staffed.
I asked if we could wait for a booth and was told it might take longer, which was completely fine with us. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were taken to a small table for two instead, even though several booths appeared to be open. When I asked about the booth, I was told it “would not work out today.”
We chose to leave. It was not about having to wait; it was the confusing communication and feeling like we were not welcome. If walk-ins are not being accepted or booths are unavailable, that should be explained upfront instead of having customers wait and then changing the plan.
Update: The response below feels like a generic corporate reply and does not address what actually happened. My concern was not the wait time. We were told we could wait for a booth, agreed to that, and then after 20 minutes were seated at a table while several booths appeared open. When I asked about it, I was simply told that a booth “would not work out today,” with no real explanation.
Unfortunately, this experience lost you customers before we ever had the chance to become regular ones. We will not be returning.

Had a great lunch at Cooper’s Hawk. The food was yummy Sarah provided great service at the table. Josh was super helpful when picking wine selections. He shared his expertise, offering details about the new wines with a smile. What a great way to spend the day.
