Our annual visit to Cooper's Hawk in St. Louis.(we don't have one in Knoxville!) and once again we were not disappointed! Excellent food, good wine, and fantastic service (our server Anna was awesome). It is our go to restaurant following a great charity function every year and we have never been disappointed.
This is my third time treating family and friends to brunch at Cooper's Hawk, and you all never disappoint. From the smiling faces at the tasting bar when we walked in, to the friendly team at the host stand, to our server who took great care of us. The service was great! I'm so glad you do brunch now because I am in love with your brisket hash, doughnuts and brunch cocktails. But in fairness, the food is always great, no matter what I order. Thank you for a great Sunday!
Sarah, our server was very friendly and attentive to our meal. She does need more training on serving wine. We bought a bottle and she struggled with opening it. We were also not given a chance to taste it before pouring our glasses. Normally, no big deal. But, last night our Coopers Hawk Red had a bad cork and the wine was musty. Before we could taste it, she was gone and off to another table. Yes, I assume we could have returned it once she returned, but we weren't even...
