I’ve ordered a lot of times. Previously I ordered in place and it was good. Today is the first time I made a pick up order that had shrimp and steak, however, I only got shrimps and no steak in my bowl. Just double checked on the app that I made the correct order. disappointed

Guys...if you can't wrap a burrito, don't offer them on the menu.
100% of the time I order one, no matter the time of day, day of the week, online or in store...you all just put in the minimal amount of effort to wrap the damn thing up.

And now I've got to go rush and make a plate/bowl of paper towels so I don't make a greasy mess out of your tables. Smh

Came in 5/15/25 at 12:50pm there was a sign on the door saying they were shortstaffed and that they would only be taking online orders until 1 PM figured because it was only 10 minutes that I would wait. They had the line blocked off so you couldn’t walk through to order sat around till 115 before I realize that nobody plan to take anyone’s order that was sitting around waiting. Decided I would try again 5/19/25 came in 1 o’clock No sign on the door and the line was not blocked. There was three people working. When I walked to the front of the line because there was no one in line and everyone else had their food they told me that the only way I could order food if I did it online. Personally, do not understand why I need to order something online, especially since I only plan on getting a cup of soup to go. Probably won’t be back tired of being disappointed and hungry.

Good food and service

Don’t go here they throw ingredients into a quesadilla and ends up everywhere but inside the tortilla because they just toss it in.
I came into return it and they said they didn’t make it even tho the receipt has their address. so liars and bad food services.. who made it if not them? That’s concerning since it came from their kitchen yet they don’t claim to of made it .

The food was OK, but the young high school/college age girl behind the counter was atrocious. It’s definitely enough to make me permanently avoid this place.No greeting, no smile, looked very pissed the entire time, got irked and terse when I asked a question. When I came up to the counter, she didn’t say anything, but just stared at me. Had the attitude that taking my order and preparing my food was a big inconvenience to her. She also looked very disheveled and not presentable. Not the person you want to be the face of your business. This really shows a lack of training on the part of the management. Do the owners not care about the attitude an employee gives off to customers? There’s plenty of other places to choose from.

We typically have a good experience here. Food is mostly fresh and tasty, and a decent value for what you pay. The staff is usually friendly. Great place to eat outside when it's nice out.

This place used to be good but not anymore!Worst experience. Being a vegetarian, I ordered my veg bowl and found meat in it. Would not recommend this place, how can they be so careless.

This establishment is very dirty. The chicken was dry and over cooked. There were no towels in the bathroom. Plus the price for food is very expensive considering it's a fast food joint.
