Was stuck in the drive thru forever, and I’ll admit I was grumpy by the time I got to the window. By the time I left I was smiling and happy. Excellent attitudes and service by the staff!
I was helping out another office at my career. I got there early and ordered a coffee. Had some questions about "A skinny coffee." Looked like a new girl started and she was holding it together with a smile! A new job can be scary, exciting all the above! The other girl was correcting her.... but i hope in the future can sound a little.nicer to her. They were all super nice and helpful can't wait to come back

Starbucks is a decent coffee shop, but it has its drawbacks. Long lines, especially in the drive-thru, are common, particularly during early morning hours. Online ordering is often not available, which adds to the wait. However, the staff provides great customer service, as exemplified by Ben, who efficiently handled a large order of 5 separate drinks. For a quicker experience, the nearby Target Starbucks is a viable alternative.
