Walked inside the store to order my drink waited 10 min at the register I was the only person in line and there are six people working in there not a single person asked me what I want or took my order the management needs an upgrade ,

They wouldn’t refil my iced green tea

I ordered a Black Iced Tea and it was clearer than usual and had little taste. I’ve ordered this for 20+ years so I know how it’s supposed to taste. I asked the barista if she could put more of the concentrate in and she could add to it. First, she lectured me on ways I could order to make it stronger, followed by giving me a small cup and telling me that’s as much iced tea she could give me to add to my drink. Even the container she was pouring that was supposed to be the concentrated tea looked weak. I tried drinking it, but it still wasn’t right. When I asked the second barista, if she could make me another one she did so and it was no better than the first. I suspect the concentrate just wasn’t concentrated.

One of the worst experiences at a Starbucks.Coffee was cold and the server told me they brew it 30 mins ago.What is the point to drive to a coffee shop if you gonna get a coffee which you can not drink.
Everytime I get coffee here it is absolutely horrible tasting. Pretty much every other Starbucks in the area is significantly better at making coffee.

This is the second time I was unable to get a Frappuccino. The iced white chocolate mocha was an OK substitute.
We ordered two drinks online and requested “no ice”. Our drinks were 2/3 full and when I inquired about the reason why they are not full, I was told that’s the new policy for “no ice”! So, you pay $8 for 2/3 drink and 1/3 ice. This is unacceptable!
Terrible experience. I ordered a refresher with no ice, and they gave it to me with ice. When I pointed it out, they just removed the ice and handed me a cup that was barely half full. The barista was rude and acted like I shouldn’t even question it, claiming it’s “policy” to give less with no ice — seriously? On top of that, the drink was watery and tasteless. I checked the reviews and saw others had the same issue about watered down refreshers, so clearly this isn’t a one-off. Not worth the money or attitude. I’ll make sure all my friends and family know to skip this location. Plenty of better coffee shops around — and with actual customer service. Shame
Every time I go over there their service is great! And they're very patient, at least from what I experienced. It's nice to know whenever I go for a run they got my back when it comes to a small cup of water in the middle of a run!
This locations quality of product, atmosphere, and customer service is nothing less than exemplary. I was once a hater of of starbucks however, Cam shifted my entire view on the coffee company. Despite being busy we got our drinks in a timely manner. These drinks were the best I have ever received from Starbucks. This location needs to be praised for its leadership and teamwork under stress this morning!!

stopped in before work. spent $8 on a latte i had to bail on because i waited over 10 minutes with zero updates and no line in store
Awful service, rude staff. After waiting 10 minutes I asked if someone could help me. Customers complaining and leaving. I asked if there was a manager and was told yah she’s in the back. I mentioned someone should go get her. She never came out.

Yall embarrassing employees ain’t getting away with putting all that water in my refresher. I’m sick of the childishness here at this location
The baristas are so slow there are multiple employees and only one is working the other are just standing there and not doing anything I would not recommend coming here if short on time and again do not come here waste of money and time.
