Very disappointing on service! We went in to purchase a large complicated order for Halloween. There were 4 people working and we waited at the counter/register for help. We couldn't use the kiosk as we had cash and it was a complicated order. Stood there for 10 minutes without anyone approaching or asking what was needed. We were completely ignored. We won't be back.

I tried a Sourdough sausage Breakfast sandwich and three Donuts its all kind of tasteless, Too much soy fillers and other junk kind of ruins food today

This Dunkin’ really needs to think about hiring new management. Everytime I have visited this Dunkin’ I am greeted poorly and end up waiting 5+ minutes just waiting for my order to be taken and then wait an additional 10+ minutes at the window, mind you, there is no one in front or behind me and maybe one person inside, this Dunkin’ tends to be pretty slow around the time I go. Today, as I sit waiting for my order, I see the red headed manager handling food with NO GLOVES! Definite health code violation and from other reviews I’ve read, he tends to do this often. The red headed manager then hands me my “frozen” Carmel coffee only for it to be completely melted, I could tell by his face that he absolutely knew my order was messed up but he didn’t care to fix it. I will not be going back and will warn others not to go back as well. If something changes and there is better/new management, I will reconsider.

This place is HORRIBLE! I live in town and like to stop for a coffee most weekends and every single time I do it’s worse and worse. This morning was the final straw, I will not be back. We sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes with no one in front or behind us and when we finally got our last drink that was supposed to be a “frozen coffee” it was not even close to frozen and not even drinkable. The red headed manager handed it to me and you could tell by his body language that he knew it wasn’t right. I didn’t even go back inside, it wasn’t worth dealing with the red headed managers VERY POOR customer service. OH and I almost forgot, as we sat waiting at the window we could clearly see him handling food with no gloves on!! An absolute joke of a franchise!
NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!

I've caught the red headed male manager picking his nose over 5 times then immediately handling food & drinks with out washing his hands!
It's absolutely disgusting. I've contacted Dunkin corporate every time. Last time it even escalated instead of going to the franchise owner and this guy is still here. I saw him this morning when I peeked in just to see if anything had happened since the last complaint.
I guess next step is county health board.
Common sense says this guy has done this forever and I cringe how many times he may have given COVID to people by picking his nose & then immediately handling their food, making their drinks with no gloves & not immediately washing his hands.

No greetings as I walked in. Didn’t offer to take my order so I had to use the kiosk..
I got two extra large coffees & two ham & cheese croissants for delivery. No sugar in the coffee despite asking for 7 & the coffee wasn’t even warm when I got it.
