I have given way more opportunities than I thought appropriate, but I kept thinking surely a Dunkin location can't be that bad, I just got a bad day that time. Well, nope, today was the last straw. I have been through this location at least 5 times and literally every time they are out of stock of more than half my order. It's become a running joke with my children that we don't run on Dunkin' because they don't have anything in stock.
Avoid this location if you want to get what you ordered.
Rating service a two because they are usually polite about not being in-stock.

I’m a Dunkin regular and every time I stop at this one they either mess up my drink order or today I got the snackin bacon and got three pieces the size of an inch for $4. That is half of what they should give and they never put any seasoning on it whether it be the black pepper or now the maple sugar. It’s lazy is what is it idk why I keep giving them another chance cause I am always disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money. They need help from the Saint Joe peeps

The place is great and all but they never have any of the things that i’ve wanted. i’ve gone their 5-6 times and every time without fail, half of my order has been out of stock. not the employees fault but you would think they would have more inventory… also whenever they got busy a while ago they gave me avocado toast that i had to put together myself which was inconvenient

Order a coffee and donut through door dash. Driver showed up with coffee and told me dunkin DONUTS had NO DONUTS. Excuse me? How can that be? Do better Dunkin

I’ve always enjoyed every stop into a Dunkin’ and the service is always exceptional. This time the whole place was being operated by a singular individual who maintained a constant flow of customers with efficiency and determination. Astonishing to say the very least. Five stars isn’t enough, for this experience.
Very disappointed, not only did they not have the special that we went in to try, when we got home two of the donuts we asked for were not what we received-the Boston crème was missing the crème and the old fashion was a plain cake donut, not an old fashion.

So for about two weeks now u can’t drive there and get anything beside coffee….now I know the title has donuts in it and you can’t get not one plain donut……I even switch it from what I normally get ( avocado toast) which they didnt have for the pass 3 weeks

Very disappointing on service! We went in to purchase a large complicated order for Halloween. There were 4 people working and we waited at the counter/register for help. We couldn't use the kiosk as we had cash and it was a complicated order. Stood there for 10 minutes without anyone approaching or asking what was needed. We were completely ignored. We won't be back.
