This place has come a long way since they opened. The rude people from then no longer work here. All the staff is super friendly, and wait times arent abysmal anymore. Overall a great improvement so I'll update my review to reflect that.
I did mobile pick up (2 iced coffees) I ordered the drinks 20 minutes before I arrived and they weren’t even made when I got there so I stood waiting for 10 minutes until I was acknowledged. The staff wasn’t rude, Dunkin’s are notorious for being understaffed so I’m blaming management here. The two workers were polite and the lady making drinks made small talk while she made my order. My iced coffee was bitter unfortunately but adding my own creamer to it made it acceptable....
They are amazing people. They always make you feel very welcomed and they always make my coffee the right way and they always are fast and they are beyond amazing. Definitely recommend this place. If you're in a hurry or something, you might have to wait a little bit if they're busy, but they always make sure you don't wait too long. They're amazing people I appreciate their service!!!!
