Menu is not correct. Asked they had to ask someone in back, probably newer. Place was empty at Rush. Out of products No ice cream. Was given a dry roast beef wet bun. Had no cheese to substitute. Wanted a beef and Cheddar. Will try again as some times things are unavoidable like deliveries and such. Different menu items maybe different outcome.

Absolutely awful service. In fact, never got any service. The woman behind the counter never turned around to acknowledge us. As we were waiting the people in front of us turned around and left without even ordering, then we stood there for probley 15 or 20 minutes. No way they didn't know we were waiting but the staffade a point to not even turn and look at us. They didn't say word to anyone of the customers standing in line. Even when a clearly voiced that it would be nice to get some service we still ignore. Don't know the names of any of the staff on shift cause I never saw their faces. But if I owned this store I would be firing everyone on shift at 8:30pm on 5/17/2025.

We use to eat here almost every day sometimes multiple times a day, ever since the little gal that was manager left this place is totally disgusting! Windows are all milky tables were nasty the main counter was gross. The food stinks they hardly put gravy on my order I had to ask for more, we will not come back, McDonalds, sonic, Taco Bell, Dino’s will be our place to eat. We figure this Hardee’s will go under shortly!

Walked in on Nov.30. Waited for about 10 minutes ,none of the workers would even look at us. There was no be with you in a minute, just totally ignoring us. 1 star is to much for this place.

Place is filthy pile of food under fryers been there for 2 months. Don't think they've ever sweep or mopped the kitchen area
Couldn't get an order correct from app order got home order was wrong, went back and inside to correct order then received items, got home and items were still wrong. Called and told them and pretty much got told tough deal with it. Done with this place.

First of all Cory is hilarious one of the employees asked "where are we?" on the order and his response was "Hardee's". ??? Food was good and ready faster than I thought it'd be. Would definitely recommend. Paid $30 for 2 adults and 2 kids.
I live in Trenton. I’ve gotten food here pretty regularly recently. Everytime I’ve gone, I especially the last 4 times, something has been wrong with my order every.single.time. It would be fine if it was a one off thing but EVERY time? WHAT?! BUT if the order is right, then the food is old and cold. I don’t understand what is going on at this place…. The employees are VERY nice!!! But I’m coming to Hardee’s for the fast food, not the experience…. It’s very disappointing and incredibly frustrating to get home and find that there are items missing from our order. Hardee’s is the only place I enjoy eating at in this town. Such a shame.

This Hardee's had just a bit more char on the buns then what was my normal Hardee's and... WOW, alll the difference in the world!
My son agreed with me that these were probably the best Hardee's burgers and ham and cheese sandwiches we've had. Super recommend.
