I honestly don't understand how its so hard to bring out the correct order. After a long day of work you want to just stop and grab something quick to eat. Food was brought out quick but not the full order and not what you ordered. Happened to me once already and went back this evening giving them the benefit of the doubt but I guess fast food is just to much. I will never support this sonic again!

Used to go here all the time. Now they try to skimp on everything. Only fill drinks up 2/3 way if you ask for no ice. Taste very watered down. Not great anymore. Rather make the drive to a different Sonic

I rolled in here and got some ice cream for my little nieces. They were fast out the door with the ice cream. They also treated the little kids very very nicely. Very family friendly environment. Very fast service here. The waitress for me was very great. There was no bullshit involved. She got our food and ice cream and we were on our way.

So… the other day I was on my usual mosey through the wonderful town of Trenton, Missouri. I decided after my long grueling day to stop at the local sonic. I’ve had multiple experiences with this establishment before and have been generally satisfied with the usual customer service. However recently I ordered at this restaurant and have been severely concerned with how they are running this place. I got my usual order with a cherry limeade. I was drinking my limeade and got to the bottom. I then routinely checked for the cherry in the bottom of the cup. NOT ONLY was there not a cherry. There also wasn’t a lime in the bottom of the drink. And on top of the depressing abnormality of this drink there also was not a mint in the bottom of my bag. I could go on and on about this but I should save them some grace since this is the first strike. Sonic… do better!

Just visited the local sonic after enjoying a nice softball scrimmage. Stopped for a quick bite between games, and left disappointed. I ordered my food and drinks, the service was quick and food was amazing. Nevertheless, I am still upset. I was told, “you can reorder”, when I asked if I gave her money if she could bring the drink I thought I ordered. Good food, nice people, but located in Trenton Mo. That is enough to turn a good man away.

we ate there tonight..My husband had a double cheeseburger meal...ordered with mayo absolutely no toppings at all.. I had the chicken strip meal...strips were as small as chicken fries .im like how much $ for this? what happened to the rest of the meal?Tots were way over cooked..definitely need to clean fryers..the absolute worst trenton sonic experience..we will not be returing.

I knew what I wanted and pushed the red button and the menu board said we will be with you soon so I waited and another car pulled up AFTER I did and got their order asap so I pushed the red button again and got same response as before so I waited about 10 more minutes and took my business elsewhere.
