Don’t waste your time. Put an order in at El Toro or go to McDonald’s or something. I drive an hour home from work. And every time I decide to put an online order in, without failure, they STILL make me wait at least 15 minutes. You can’t get through the empty drive-thru in any less than 20 minutes.

Ordered on the app, went through drive thru to pick up, waited 35 min to get to window. Was told they ran out of meat and was going to be another 25 min wait. Told them I wanted a refund and was told that I had to call customer complaint hotline.

I dont say this lightly when I say this is possibly the worst taco bell experience I've ever had! My chalupa was cold, my beefy 5 layer had no beef and my baha blast was so bad I couldn't drink it and to top it all off I waited in the drive thru for half an hour just for the guy at the window to be really rude.

This Taco Bell is the slowest and nastiest one I have ever been to. And the employees are very rude, especially Janna. She had a nasty attitude with a smart mouth.

Service is consistently going downhill. At this point corporate needs to step in because clearly the franchise owner(s) can't manage. I've lived here basically my whole life and it's just steadily gotten worse. Here lately I've been feeling like some items weren't staying in the steamer long enough and tonight I got handed 2 ice cold cheese roll ups and a Flatbread melt. Cheese cold and completely unmelted. And my chalupa Supreme? Not a bit of tomato or sourcream in sight. At this point I don't think it's worth stopping at this location anymore.

I’ve sat in line here several times for over 30 minutes when there were only a few vehicles ahead of me. Tonight I stopped in for a drink and sat there for 15 minutes with one vehicle in front of me before driving off without my drink. I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be back.

I’ve been to this location several times since it opened and never once has my order been correct. Then when I have to go in to have the order corrected, the employees almost always ignore me. I stand at the counter and they make eye contact with me but never say anything. I have to initiate the contact which is incredibly poor customer service. There are a few employees there who are great. However, the majority of them are rude and don’t even speak to you at the window aside from, “here,” when they hand you your order, which they probably messed up.

Dang. I wanted to love this Taco Bell so much however in the 3 times I have been, either food is wrong or cold. I thought maybe newly opening was the issue but no, two more visits and same.

Ordered a Chulupa Supreme. Was really hard could not eat the shell. Definitely not bread like. Girl at the window was very nice.

their customer service is not good. A window person named Summer she has pink hair and she uses three different last names, but has the worst customer service, she was very disrespectful. also didn’t wear socks with enclosed shoes is very unsanitary and just disgusting.
