Just puked my $23.47 food up in the trashcan due to a long black hair in my roast beef sandwich and fries. Talked to the manager and the little professional hung up on me. I'm dating this on August 8, 2025. Tried calling back over and over and the little professional hangs up. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. The $8 sandwich I ordered was dry, little, barely any extras I paid for BUT got a freebie on a long black hair. Nasty. Just nasty.

Fryers were down, unable to get a substitute replacement for fries included in the meal. Then I was charged extra for the Mac and cheese I had to ask for as a replacement. The manager thought a free cup of soda would do, not even close to the extra $10 charged on top of the meals not being fulfilled.

I went through the drive-thru (not take out), and the woman who took my order was very welcoming. It was very good for the price, as it was about $25 for two. Overall, my culinary experience at Arby’s was above satisfactory, but it came with a few slight flaws. I got the Greek gyro, and the bread, mayo, gyro sauce, and lettuce were all good; however, the meat was a little over seasoned and threw me off a bit. The curly fries were what you would expect, but they were warm and crunchy which was perfect, but the Arby’s sauce definitely made them taste worse, so I recommend getting a different sauce instead. The mozzarella sticks were good and had a stringy cheese which is SO pleasurable and the crunch was amazing! The strawberry lemonade was AMAZING, and the second best I’ve ever had next to Hardee’s. The root beer was just like anything you could get from a can, but it was still good. The burger; however has a lot of room for improvement. It was wet, unseasoned, drippy, and just a mess for anybody who is trying not to be dirty. Would I recommend this place to friends and family? Sure.

Horrible for door dashes and Uber eats, they have 2 people working I see now why , but to accept someone's money that orders that food is bs because half the time as a dasher I will cancel a order that takes longer than 10 mins due to the fact my time is money and the wasted time I watched two regular customers wait in front of me just to find out they never even got acknowledged to make a order so they walked out.. Really bad for business

I had a tooth pulled so one of their jamoca shakes sounded good but they don't know how to make them right. First two didn't taste like they are supposed to and the last one was just nasty.
