I like to try biscuits and gravy wherever I Am at. Dahlia is a hometown cafe here in Union Missouri that I eat at quite often but have never sat down and just had their biscuits and gravy. They are a place of Mexican American fusion even for breakfast. The biscuits were fluffy and light and good sized and the gravy was well made and spiced. I do think the biscuits were probably the type that come on a tray and the gravy was probably a mix type and not homemade but overall I'd give it probably a four out of 5 stars it was good. There is one thing that you need to know about Dahlia if you're coming to Union, they are a little bit higher priced than a lot of the local restaurants that you will see but I think their food is definitely worth it. However it might be a little high for biscuits and gravy for most people in the area. Also they have some of the best fresh squeezed orange juice you can ask for but you do pay for it, it's like $6 a glass but it is really good orange juice and I will definitely have more that's why I'm willing to pay that for that orange juice. So this is not somewhere you should go if you're on a really strict budget but it is a great place to have a breakfast date with your significant other. You can even drink and try their many different types of mimosas that they have on a regular menu. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal from Dahlias Cafe.

Me and my grandma ate here 10/10 recommend! The service was amazing and quality of food was amazingly satisfying, and had plenty of service to check up on us. We walked in hungry and got sat quick. Come with a empty belly the portions where huge.

Food is really good with exception of their hot tea, which is terrible. Place is freezing inside. Server brought me tea without giving me option forcing me to send back. Then room forever to correct. I them slipped and fell on top table due to sauce on the ground. No one came to help. The people at the next table made sure I was OK. No apologies from the staff, nothing. Oh, and he charged me for switching to decaf coffee because the tea was so horrible. Overall, would never come back. Bummer because the food was good.

I had a scrambler and it was very tasty! I also ordered the cinnaminis and those were very hard and I was unable to eat them. Service was exceptional as always!
Broccoli was mushy. Catfish a little greasy. Cocktail sauce way too spicy. I hear they make a fabulous breakfast 😀

Everything was tasty. The side salad was big enough for a meal. Had to take my sandwich to go. The BLT was excellent. The bacon was crispy and extra thick. The iced coffee was a little too sweet for me but I'm sure a lot of people like that. My youngest daughter got pancakes. She said they were delicious.
