I went to the Union Missouri Dairy Queen on March 25th, 2024. I ordered 4 orders of pretzel sticks and a large root beer and they only gave me 1 order of pretzel sticks and the large root beer, but when I went back around the 2nd time to try to get my other 3 orders of pretzel sticks, they only gave me 2 of the 3. I went to the drive through twice and they still didn't get my order right. Both times I got to the window, 1 of the kids working was just dancing around and a couple of the other kids working was laughing and joking around. If I'm being honest here, they need to be retrained or fired. I wasn't happy, and will not be going back to the Union location again. Even though I live in Union, I will be taking my business to the Washington Missouri location.

First we had to wait while the counter person finished a call on his personal phone. My cheeseburger was hot but the fries weren't fresh at all and I didn't eat them. It's very annoying to pay 35 dollars for lunch at a fast food place and get cold chewy fries.

The restaurant is right of highway 50 near East Central College. I stopped here for a quick lunch. I tried the Backyard Bacon Ranch burger. It was good, but I admit that I like their regular bacon burger better. (I could live without the ranch on it.) My burger was good well and the fries were crispy. Crispy fries are one of the main reasons I come to DQ. They know how to make them. The employees were very nice. I would return to this location when I'm in Union.
