The staff are so friendly but I feel like every time I drive thru, my drink is made wrong or the food is gross. It sucks spending $10 on two energy drinks and receiving a cup of pink-tinted water and a lemon. Super sweet service though!

Exit 11 baristas are always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! They can suggest drinks if you’re not sure what to order! I love their caramel frappes the best. They also have a reward program to earn savings for your purchases! My favorite morning stop!!

Husband just tried to get decaf coffee there. Took forever and they handed him a half caf latte. He doesn’t do milk products and wouldn’t ask for them. Informed him they didn’t do decaf. Ok he should have asked for an Americana. This one in Union never suggested that. Asked if he wanted his money back. Yes, he can’t drink what you served him. Rudely told him they didn’t do decaf. Ummmm not a good way to treat a customer. Washington one has always been great. Sad

I love Exit 11 but I’m really disappointed they are not doing quiche daily. I go almost every morning before work and don’t usually make it there on the weekends. It’s sad for your regulars that you are expanding and not providing the same items. Otherwise the service is normally excellent.
