Ordered Super sasuage biscuit with no egg in drive thru. Order repeated back correctly and told to pull forward without price given. Card taken at window without saying price or what I ordered. Got a sausage egg biscuit given to me. Didn't find out til 30 minutes later when I arrived at work. Egg is so greasy it's made my biscuit soggy, which is why I order no egg. Extremely disappointed in this store. Slow employee, less than nice service. Each time I go, it's a gamble whether I'm even going to pull into the store because of the poor experiences I've had there. But it's the only hardees anywhere near my route to work, and I've enjoyed other stores breakfast so much. 3/10 experience

Letting Homeless People hang out inside the eating area ruins the entire experience.
Kid-friendliness: I’d never take a child in the building because they allow homeless people to stay inside and they smell bad and carry weapons

Very clean inside! The customer service (inside)was"fair." The biscuits and gravy was good. The worst cinnamon raisen biscuits ever, they were extremely hard and dry. Had to trash them.The staff could work on acknowledging their inside customers in a friendly manner. (I observed they greeted the drive through customers in a friendly manner while waiting for our order)

Parking: Depending on the time of their rush, you may not want to go through their drive-thru. The wait time in the lobby is a lot more convenient.

And the service slow and can't get your order right . Plus I was in there the other night and the tables were dirty and the bathrooms were dirty. I ordered some food from them they Urban Eats. I order 2 double mushroom and Swiss meal 13.99 each plus 1 double mushroom burger. I got in my order 2 Frisco Burgers and two fries no drink at all . And still they charged my card for the 3 double mushroom and Swiss burger meal and the double mushroom and Swiss burger. And I didn't get any of the I called Hardee they said we can do nothing about it. Said the manager. 45.00 I paid for these meals with no drink at all.

We waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged we were there. Then when Michelle started taking our order she seemed like it was an inconvenience. While waiting for our food we tried to find a clean table but that was an impossible task as we had to wipe our own table. Used the restroom & the toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year all kinds of stains & dirtiness. While we were eating the assistant manager which I believe who took our order went outside talking on her phone & smoking. Then proceeded to come back in I don't know if she washed her hands or not after smoking. Then came in & was using curse words very loud in front of my kids.
