I used to love Imo's Pizza. Not so much anymore. The sausage/mushroom pizza i ordered yesterday for dine-in took much longer than my wife's sandwich, and was overbaked. Sauce and cheese seemed skimpier than i remembered. I quite ordering the pasta dishes years ago. The serving of lasagna is about half as much as the Sunset Hills store and other restauranys, for a higher price. Oh, and the young lady at the register was wearing both a large cross and a rhinestone studded AR-15 pendant. Doubt if we'll be going back.

Love the pizza they have great deal but you got to remember to say about the coupons or they won't even put one on there. Have to go to website to get the coupons tho. Friendly and fast too.

I would never go back and get their pizza again it made me sick to my stomach hours later it gave me bathroom problems I would not recommend this place unless you want to be stuck in the bathroom for 10 to 15 minutes anyway I do not want anyone else getting their Pizza unless they want to deal with this every single time you go I would never go back to this place for a long time ever again

I have not visited imos in quite some time.. at least a year. I bought 3 pizzas from the Union, Missouri location and was shocked at how far their pizza quality has fallen. These pizzas were much dryer than they were before, which might be attributed to new employees, but the flavor of the ingredients was horrible. Just as you might find with papa johns pizza, eating the box might have been just as good. these pizzas were below the level of a Jacks pizza from the local grocer. I won't be back, and I'm local.

I have had imos all my life and first time at this location. Half my pizza is cold. Don’t know how they managed that. While they said perfect timing when I went to pick up and said it just came out of the oven. Called and talked to a the rude manager. I was very disappointed and her response to that was you have an oven to cook it. And I said that’s their job
