I've never had such great customer service at a fast food restaurant as I did at this Jack in the Box. Also the amount of food we got for our money was ridiculous! The tacos were twice as big as I remember them being. We opted to dine in, and the two staff members were extremely helpful, offering different sauces and bringing them to our table. The lobby was a little chilly, otherwise I'd give 5 stars for all the categories.

I would not recommend this place unless you want working teenagers they were being very rude to my dad and after they were being rude to him he was rude right back so unless you want to deal with those problems I would not recommend coming to this place unless you want to deal with people like that because no one deserves that not even family on your own he did get his food though and it was good but I would give this place a one star I am very disappointed at their service I will never go to these places ever again

Overpriced food and the workers can't even put all of it in the bag! Extremely rude staff told me to make food at home. This is not the first time I have received poor service from this location. I payed for the convenience of fast food, not an argument. I will not be returning this location.

I asked them to please add sweet and sour to my bag, I can't eat the egg rolls without it. And then I asked for good good sauce for my chicken sandwich .
Well my fault for not checking the bag because they forgot the sauces. It was not even busy. I used to work in fast food, it's not that hard. People just don't give a crap about their job.

It's not often we can get to a Jack in the Box restaurant , this particular location was really good, very courteous staff and the food was hot and fresh
There's a girl with pink hair that works there she is SO NICE AND SO PRETTY. Love her so much. I always have a good time at jack in the box. The food is always good 😊

I order online an ultimate burger I usually replace my bread with sourdough bread I didn’t have an option online . Placed my order went to the drive thru and told em if they can change the bread to the bread I requested and they try to charge 8 dollars just to replace the bread then I called manager cause the girl in the drive thru was rude . Manager comes and tell me I’ll have to pay 2 dollars more for what I ask for . It’s unfair they could have just replaced the bread but they went the mile in just to give me a hard time . Horrible customer service if you ask me
