I order online an ultimate burger I usually replace my bread with sourdough bread I didn’t have an option online . Placed my order went to the drive thru and told em if they can change the bread to the bread I requested and they try to charge 8 dollars just to replace the bread then I called manager cause the girl in the drive thru was rude . Manager comes and tell me I’ll have to pay 2 dollars more for what I ask for . It’s unfair they could have just replaced the bread but they went the mile in just to give me a hard time . Horrible customer service if you ask me

I used to be able to order my favorite drink here (Dr.Pepper with Cherries) I asked the night guy twice if I could have cherries and he told me no. Then I asked to oder them on the side and he also told me no. When did this change? Kinda sad that I can't get it anymore.

Doesn’t matter what time a day I go through here it’s terrible. I just spent $14 on a sandwich and fries to get stale bread that isn’t even toasted. This place needs to be shut down until they can get people that can do their jobs. I tried to call after and no one answered. I let it ring for 4 min and no one answered. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Supposed to be an ultimate bacon cheeseburger? More like ultimate disappointment. $8 for a burger with 1 tiny piece of soggy bacon.. at least the tacos are good.

No cheese on 2/4 burgers. On two ultimate cheeses only had one piece of cheese each. Fries were cold. One of the shakes was half melted. We paid for extra sauce, got no sauce at all. Missing churros. Called the store 3 times, no answer. Unreal. Don’t waste your time/ money.
Oh and by the way we sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes.

This place is a joke. They never seem to have enough employees so when I Doordash I have to go through Drive-thru and they will only take one order at a time. Order to handing out so the wait times are ridiculous.
I honestly thought we were over the dining room staying closed bullshit this is 2024 not covid. Don't come here.

Their card reader doesn't work, my food tasted like it's been sitting out for many hours. They told me my sauce was in the bag and low and behold it fn wasn't. Stale frys, and the wrong burger. Screw ever going back here. I also waited in line for 30 minutes for 1 car!!!! Then on top of it there card machines didn't work for any of my cards. What a absolute joke. Oh wait and no straws for my drinks.
