I've never had such great customer service at a fast food restaurant as I did at this Jack in the Box. Also the amount of food we got for our money was ridiculous! The tacos were twice as big as I remember them being. We opted to dine in, and the two staff members were extremely helpful, offering different sauces and bringing them to our table. The lobby was a little chilly, otherwise I'd give 5 stars for all the categories.

I was working the overnight shift and asked everyone on my shift if they would like Jack n the Box tacos. A handful said they would love some! The website says drive thru: open 24 hours. I clock out, drive up to the restaurant, all dim and dark looking. Drive through the dark drive thru, no lights on. Some other dude in a truck pulls up wondering the same thing on what’s going on. Please please please I cannot stress this enough: PLEASE update the hours on google so that people...

This is by far the worst Jack in the box I have been through. I'm giving 5 stars because the employees are amazing and they're doing their best. its understaffed and wait times are outrageous.
