Shadiest most expensive sandwich shop I've ever been to. Ordered a $16.95 sub?Asked to replace turkey instead of capicola young man at register said okay then when I got home and looked at my receipt, I was charged an extra $3.18 for 3 paper thin slices of turkey. When I called to ask why they said they had to charge for the extra meat... I replied it's not extra meat I replaced one meat for another he stated that they have no way to change it in the computer. I replied maybe you should let the customer know next time instead of trying to sneak that extra $3 in on an already overpriced $17 sub this is the third and final time I will ever go to that Jimmy John's I usually give them a shot once a year to see if anything has changed and not to my surprise it has not the only thing that has changed are higher prices. less product and 50/50 customer service at best. And the kicker is I left a $5 tip.... (young lady who made the Subs had a nice attitude)

I called the store because the app wouldn't work to get an order through. The employee who answered was very nice and friendly, and they helped me get my order in. I appreciated how kind and upbeat they were. Every time I've ordered from here, I've had a great experience!

i really am not a fan of Jimmy Johns, but i can say this, my wife flat out loves the sandwiches. she often makes me go there to get her the number six or the number 11 for her to take to work with her. on behalf of my spouce, i give it five stars.

Jimmy John's in Union is good to go. The portions are hit and miss sometimes you get a healthy portion and other times the portions are a little thin. But, if you want a sandwich skip the Sub and go to the Jimmy's.

Delivery driver left it upon himself to tip himself with money that wasn't even mine very unprofessional especially for food that could of been better made from my dog wouldn't recommend this place to the worst of the worst clearly there's a thief working for them

May I just say I wish I could give this place 11 stars. Most restaurant franchises are pretty uniform just offering mediocre food service however, this jj's in particular goes above and beyond to deliver you some of the best service ever ! All you guys that work there if you're reading this. Great job ! Keep up the good work. The guy at the drive thru takes your order like a pro! He talks to you almost like he's a long lost best friend. The lady inside made my sandwich amazingly and was "freaky fast". Great Jimmy John's !
