honestly, the only way to improve is to shut down or completely change all the employees. twice now I've been told I would get refunded, with no food, and never received refunds. never answer their phone. they're always extremely rude, including the manager, and blame the customers for their mistakes. I will never return to this location.
i ordered a mcrib it had too much bbq sauce on it it was hard to eat
Stopped here for breakfast this morning and ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. I tried to pay with McDonalds gift certificates and the person at the cash register said she didn't know how to do them so she got someone else, maybe the manager, and she said she had worked there for 5 years and never saw one.
