I paid for three strips of bacon and only received one I called and the employee that answer the phone seemed as if they were annoyed with me. I will never spend my money at this establishment ever again! I was very kind to the worker because I know they deal with people with attitudes all the time, but it was very frustrating to have someone seem annoyed with something that they did wrong. Do better

honestly, the only way to improve is to shut down or completely change all the employees. twice now I've been told I would get refunded, with no food, and never received refunds. never answer their phone. they're always extremely rude, including the manager, and blame the customers for their mistakes. I will never return to this location.

This location evidently doesn’t care whatsoever about customer satisfaction. Just went through the drive thru, and sure, it was ALMOST closing time at 2300. My fries were cold!!! Bacon McDouble was just ok… the Sprite was spot on!! Come on Union McDonalds, step up your game and service to your customers. Probably be the last time I spend my money here. The drive to Washington or St.Clair to get hot and fresh fries will be worth the 6 mile drive.
We use the drive-thru twice a week for drinks and maybe a snack. Prefer stopping in Union vs. St. Clair.

A worker here (Victoria gettings to be exact) has a problem with me apparently and was making throw up noises at me and saying she’d fight me (I thought it was funny though) in the parking lot before she was walking into work

The only thing that is holding me back from giving a higher score is that during the morning, getting through is quick and fast! However for lunch and dinner, not so much. Cheers to the morning crew for their excellent work!
