honestly, the only way to improve is to shut down or completely change all the employees. twice now I've been told I would get refunded, with no food, and never received refunds. never answer their phone. they're always extremely rude, including the manager, and blame the customers for their mistakes. I will never return to this location.

I had to wait a while after I ordered my meal I got a double quarter pounder with cheese a Oreo mcflurry and a large fry I didn't eat it all but It was so good I went to the bathroom and my gyaat exploded so it's so good it makes you have diarrhea

Waited over 35 minutes for food and didn't get it till we asked for our money back and we said no just refund our money and that took 10 minutes and the lady slammed the money down and walked away..we will never go there again!

I'm a door dasher and I waited over 10 mins to have even someone acknowledge that I was there when multiple people looked at me and 2 other people waiting to get someones attention but noonee helped us . I finally said something and the lady was like is anyone here for doordash... so I'm sure my customer I'm delivering to is going to have cold food.. you have a piss poor staff debbie... the old lady with red hair is who said this btw.

Very sad said in the Drive-Thru for a long time while everyone else at the other drive-through Lane got to keep ordering. I was using my mobile app paid for already and they could do in take my order inside so they can make it. This McDonald's needs to get their act together.
