I love pasta house the old pasta House the u City pasta House they know how to do it these people down in Union I guess it's a franchise so when I order a roast beef sandwich I do not want the house salad put on top of it what sesame seeds the original way it's made here in St Louis is a roast beef sandwich with melted mozzarella a pickle and you don't have to ask for it and a salad on the side extra artichoke you do not put salad on a sandwich I know there is an option for that but it's just come on now I give this place a zero because they just don't want to stick to the old ways they want to come up with some new crap that is disgusting looks like I'm driving to you U City tonight. I don't have time to trade unpleasantries with you and I don't really care what you say if you read it yes they do have the jo best for people that want it on the sandwich you live in Union Missouri you have no knowledge of anything you're probably not even from the state why don't you go ahead and take all your research and go elsewhere the fact of the matter is I don't even understand why you're still in business your food sucks you're not following the guidelines now are we done here thank you.... Ordered food it looked like someone threw it on there. You can't serve two certified chefs crap and expect me to pay for it. The manager did come over and take it off but my appetite was gone.

the description on the website did not list all ingredients (onions were not mentioned and it came with it and they are suppose to and they were so small I couldn't pick them out. In both the potatoes and pasta I got)
The rolls, while delicious had melted butter all over the inside of the bag, on all the butter containers and my rolls. (so my hands got covered in butter when I got a roll out and had to walk across the building to the bathroom to wash them off and get napkins.)
Also did not receive any napkins or silverware.....learned my lesson and will never do it again.

I have always loved the pasta house food and atmosphere. I have eaten at many of their stores over the years and there is one complaint I have with the Union store. They treat the rolls like they are gold nuggets. They serve one or two per person and if you ask for more bread, they serve the person who asked, one roll. Anyone else at the table has to ask to get one. It's almost comical the way they treat the rolls. I mean how much do they have invested in each roll, 5, 10 cents? I don't believe in waste but come on guys.
