I was extremely disappointed with the pizza I received in my carryout order this evening. The last time we ordered, everything was excellent. I had the Pasta Con Broccoli and my fiancee had pizza. Even though the pasta was uncommonly good, when I tried a piece of his pizza I told him that my favorite pizza was from The Pasta House and the next time we ordered, I was going to have pizza too. When we ordered tonight, I ordered the pizza with extra sauce, and this has never been an issue. Not only did the pizza I received not have extra sauce, but it hardly had any sauce at all. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, and they weren't much better. I guess that they were dropped as soon as my order went through. When I got home, they were already cold. Dinner was over $40 tonight, and it wasn't worth half that.

Every time I go here they are always friendly, the service is great, and so is the food. I've been here no less than 10 times in the last few years and every visit is the same great service! Highly recommend it!

Title: Disappointing Dining Experience at Pasta House, Union, MOIf you're in the mood for a culinary letdown, look no further than Pasta House in Union, MO. Our visit left much to be desired, starting with the chicken parmigiana, which was not only minuscule but resembled a rubber tire in both texture and taste. The dish was so dry and bland that it could have easily doubled as a coaster. To add insult to injury, the scant amount of sauce provided was reminiscent of a mere droplet, barely moistening the desert of disappointment on our plates. In a feeble attempt to salvage the situation, the manager, seemingly aware of the restaurant's culinary catastrophe, made a belated appearance as we were taking our last bites. Offering to drown our sorry excuse for chicken parmigiana in more sauce, their effort was as futile as trying to rescue a sinking ship with a teaspoon. The bill, totaling a staggering $83 for two people, felt like a cruel joke considering the lackluster fare we endured. To add insult to injury, a mandatory gratuity was tacked onto the bill, leaving a bitter taste in our mouths long after the last morsel had been swallowed.Amidst the culinary catastrophe, our waitress emerged as the sole beacon of hope in an otherwise dismal dining experience. Despite the restaurant's shortcomings, her genuine warmth and attentiveness were a silver lining in an otherwise cloudy meal.In conclusion, unless you have a masochistic penchant for culinary disappointment, I would strongly advise steering clear of Pasta House in Union, MO. For those craving authentic Italian cuisine, I echo the sentiment of seeking refuge elsewhere – perhaps at "Rich and Charley's" – where the promise of genuine Italian flavors might actually be fulfilled.

I love, absolutely love the classic "Rich and Charlie's" dishes but am truly very disappointed in the dinner rolls. First of all they're rolls not the classic warm French bread with real butter and, on top of that, they CHARGE for a roll with your meal... Very disappointing....

My grandparents ordered dinner for us and I had ordered the chicken parm dinner with potatoes, thinking that I would already be getting pasta since the name of the business is Pasta House. I get times are tough right now and things are expensive, but why would you charge 22 dollars for a meal. All I got was a skimpy chicken breast and some potatoes for 22 dollars. My brother's was the same way only with a salad instead of potatoes. How is pasta considered a side item when pasta is one of the cheapest things to make? My grandfather only got three tiny pieces of shrimp in his meal. That's not how you keep return customers. Greed won't make me or my family come back that's for sure.
