I saw several bad reviews based on service times so I almost skipped but I really wanted those onion rings. I got a combo meal in 4 1/2 minutes. No complaints with the burger either

I ordered 2 drinks and a pretzel stick and waited 20-25 minutes. The pretzel was cold and they seemed very disorganized. I watched them take drive thru orders and get them gone in under 5 minutes while I sat and waited 20 just on drinks.

Literally closed 30 minutes early lazy workers these days for real then the lady at the drive thru had no answers just said they always close early 😅

This is the worst Sonic in America. There was 4 of us. We ordered 4 sonic blasts. After 25 minutes we started watching the employees inside. 1 person was wandering around doing absolutely nothing for 10 minutes. At one point, she walked outside, looked at a car, then proceeded to walk back inside and wander around like Joe Biden and a Rumba vacuum.
Another person was walking around just getting drinks at the fountain. One worker claimed over the speaker that they were super busy and that our 4 blasts should be out soon. They weren’t that busy. And even if they were busy, watching two people walk around and do nothing didn’t help.
We had already been there for 25 minutes and watched others come and go due to the terrible service.
We left. They had not even started our order yet. How this location stays in business is a mystery to me.
I wish I could give them -5 stars.

The photos don’t do it justice but there was half a rock hard chicken patty on my wrap instead of a chicken tender
Went to the drive thru, there was no cars at all, waited at the speakerbox for almost 5 minutes until I was able to order. I order and pulled around to the window and 3 employees are outside, two are standing and watching while the 3rd is trying to get a dirtbike started and driving around the lot with it. I understand downtime but i dont think thats what they should be doing with it.

Went and got ice creams late night after work they staff was friendly and the blast were amazing plus bonus points for giving my daughter the cherries it made her night. 😀

I waited 30 minutes for a medium drink I can ultimately make at the gas station. The last few visits have been 10-20 minute wait for drinks but tonight was one of the longest at 30. I will start making it at home it’s not worth the wait for a soda, I can’t imagine how much longer I would’ve waiting if I ever got food items there.

Just ordered food got home they messed my order up I ordered a dubble garlic burger with not onions or bacon on it there was little ver little garlic sauce just on top none on the burger it's self an it was a single than I asked for a dubble than i aksed lady if the was ketchup in the bag she an than there wasn't any at all I love sonic I've never had any problems just annoyed ill definitely be checking my order before i leave
