Walked in at 6:45 pm. When I walked in the person behind the counter looked very upset, walked over the the door and turned off the open sign. Meanwhile.. Google says they are open until 9pm. She just seemed very angry that I walked in. During the process of making my order she was slamming the oven door and very angrily putting the food together.. not very welcoming. Food was great just wish she was just a little nicer

Sitting in the er, food poisoning from being served raw bacon on the chicken bacon ranch ordered.. two older woman there was quite rude like they didn't want to be there probably why my sandwich was wrapped with raw bacon.. owell lawyering up as i type

The Doritos nachos is not worth the money at all. They use one small bag of Doritos and that'd it for chips you can only get what comes on it.

Sandwich was on white bread when I got home and unwrapped sandwich bread was stale,could hardly eat it.

The old subway had a decent amount of seating..now this is more like a hallway with 5 tables right across from where everyone walks past to order. We didn't stay to eat because the fountain machine was broken and there wasn't any tea in sight and they were out of cheese. I'm sure things will go smoother in the future but if we go back we will take our sandwiches to go because the way it is designed now is claustrophobic.

Food was undercooked and items were all wrong. Super cold sandwich and the cookies they gave us were very hard and they were not the kind we ordered I just wanted to make you aware that this restaurant has got our orders wrong not once but twice now. They gave us the wrong cookies and the ones they gave us were hard as wood. The foot long we ordered was not toasted but instead the chicken was super cold like refrigerated cold as well as the cheese was not fresh you could tell it was dated and not melted at all. Super disgusting just through the entire thing away after trying to eat it. $26 went with it
