My first neighbor and my last. my favorite cheat day! From the Quesabirria to the double beans!! They are passionate. love to cook. They really care about your experience and have such a family atmosphere. I’m going to miss their friendship and food.. i know my husband will miss your culinary skills..Tacos are not just for tuesdays when you eat with El Nopal 🥰
The first time I came I ordered the carnitas and it was delicious chips and salsa are fresh and tasty, margaritas are great! Came a second time ordered the combo plate with a chile relleno, and a tamale. It's a pork tamale with very little pork in it and also covered in ground beef which I thought was odd. The chili relleno is not a chili at all it's more like a queso casserole that consists of ground beef white melted cheese and is not good. I would come back again...
Very good. Hubby and I had the Cassandra special which was shrimp, steak and chicken over rice covered with cheese. It was amazing. Not sure how we've never eaten here before!! You have to try this place if you are ever in st. Louie. Margaritas were awesome too. Very well balanced!!
