Rude people working, sat at the drive thru for minutes at the window with zero service after placing my order. Just drove off after long enough of a wait.

Just picked up food at Meramec Station Hardees. It was ice cold. Who knows how long the Frisco burger, chicken tenders and curly fries had been sitting. 2nd time this happened.
Tried to call to let them know but phone never picked up. Donald at window was nice when he took my order. Only good thing.
I will be going south on 141 to go to another Hardees from now on.

There's a very unpleasant person there, an adult gentleman who does things reluctantly and is giving the place a bad look. If that person stays there, the customers might leave.

The guy at the window. Gave us attitude and had us pulled into a HANDICAP SPOT to wait for our food which is illegal. When we told him he gave us attitude and said we were just sitting there not parked.. yet we were sitting there IN PARK. We also spent 50+ dollars and refused to give us more than 2 sauce packets for all the food . Will never return there. And not to mention a coupon we tried using two coupons off a flier we were mailed only ONE of them worked.

This Hardee's says it opens at 5am. Most of the time I come here for breakfast I have to leave before I order anything. I usually get to the store between 5:05 and 5:10am, and usually wait about 5 minutes, and they don't turn on their lights and start taking orders until I leave. If the store doesn't open at 5am then you should change your open times! I have been so aggravated by this I don't think I'll even try to eat my breakfast here anymore. There has only been a few times this location has opened on time, and it's when the 2 women are working. When I see the men, I know the store won't be opened on time for me to eat before work! They literally just stand there and look at us through the window, instead of opening the store and taking our order.
