Came at 2AM (online order placed 10 minutes prior). Sat in the drive through waiting for someone to come over the speaker for ~15 minutes with no one in line. Drive to the window. Very rude worker with horrible eyelash extensions. Told me to wait, so I came back through. Waited for I’m guesstimating another 10 minutes. Had me pull forward. Waited for another 6 minutes after the food was completed with no one else in line. I’m guessing the worker was getting revenge for me pulling through. Maybe she’s just upset about her eyelashes. Very disappointed. I ordered honey mustard and they gave me hot mustard.

Called to make a pre order on Saturday 01-10-26 at 11:20 to make a pre order and they answered the phone with “you need to stop calling this is a buisness not a playground” before being left on an open line with nobody talking I could hear them talking smack from the kitchen lost out on a lot of money for a child’s birthday

Ordered through the app. No wait at drive thru. Order was filled in under a minute and was hot and fresh. Great experience at 8pm on a Monday.

Pulled up to this location to get food in drive thru. The workers pictured here were refusing to acknowledge the drive thru and were walking around making sodas for themselves and going to the bathroom but ignored us the whole time. There excuse was they weren’t gonna cook any more and that they were shutting down early when they had staffing and should have still been open. Horrible experience and customer service. At least have the decency to talk to your customers. And let them know what’s going on instead of making them wait 15 min with no answer. They said they needed more staff but they had three people just standing around doing nothing. Hire people that want to work.

Don’t bother coming between 10pm and 4am. You’ll sit and when they eventually get around to acknowledging you, they will claim they only accept DoorDash orders. Seems like they’re missing out on money from food they could be selling. I wonder if management or the franchisee is aware that they’re paying people to sit in their car and smoke.

Look like staff just work for pay not interested in service at all. They simply ignore people and chit-chat between themsleve, standing doing nothing. Waited long time front of register for order, not just me but other customers too.

I've come here several times and the service has never been anything short of abysmal. The order-taker sitting at the first window is always rude, like they took a survey of who on the current shift was most grumpy and quiet, then picked them to run it, and the white kid in a beanie at the second window always has the energy of a tranqued sloth and never gives you sauce, even though you have to pay for it.

The manager couldn’t even have the time to come to the front counter to help her one employee that was working to help her find my mobile order finally the girl found it and just says oh my god I already printed it my bad girl sorry girl which I’m not a girl I’m a grown woman and that’s not customer service after she had already asked her manager if she could refuse service to someone she knows in the drive thru cause she doesn’t like her cause she’s the principals daughter and she thinking they were laughing at her (the worker) talk about petty leave your childish stuff at home you are at work and learn how to speak to your customer. It took 30 minutes to get a mobile order that I pre ordered 30 minutes prior to showing up. Worse McDonald’s ever! Stay clear of this place oh and the fries were cold as could be
