The girl working the food pickup window on Mother’s Day during the day (afternoon) was so kind! She handed us an excellent coffee and said it was made with love, so sweet! Fastest drive through experience and everything was lovely.

The workers are kind and helpful, but I constantly receive food with issues. That said, I do order my burgers with no onions, however, that is rarely the issue with my meals.

Used to like this location but it jas gone downhill in recent years. This morning bought a small coffee and asked for a simple refill, the store manager was rude said they dont do refills, as I glanced over at the soda fountain that people use to get refills, wont be going back to this location. Luckiky a neighboring Mcdonalds was kind enough to oblige the simple thing that didnt amount to a dime, and will now get my repeat business. I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START FOR ONE IS MY CHICKEN NUGGETS SUPPOSED TO BE AS PALE AS ME AND BE A MASHED POTATO TEXTURE INSIDE! AND I WAITED 10 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU WATCHED THEM GET THREE OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE ME WHILE IM WAITING. Im sorry for all caps but im very disappointed with them i feel so disgusted when i ate 2 chicken nuggets and i don’t even want to eat anymore. I was disappointed on the staffs as well had so much attitude when i pulled up to the drive thru window i was sitting at the pay window for 3 minutes waiting for someone and than i finally went to second window and paid for it there. Overall horrible experience probably the worst experience ive ever had.

Possibly the worst McDonald's on the planet. After waiting forever, I had to call the store, only to be greeted rudely. They finally bring out food. It's ice cold, missing items, and not prepared as requested. I have low expectations for fast food to begin with but dang. This was disgusting.

Is the staff always so rude to customers ? I haven’t been here one time where the staff in the restaurant is friendly or inviting at all. If they hate working there then maybe they should get different jobs. Also not giving sauce that was ordered in the drive thru then having to come in and have an argument about what sauce I deserve for my food is a bit ridiculous.

We spend a lot of money at this McDonald's and they always mess up our orders. They forget food, give wrong drinks and if you order pancakes they don't even send syrup. The worst customer service around, espicially the drive through guy.
11-1-2020 Messed up order again, forgot hash brown, ordered chicken mcgriddle received chicken biscuit and the biscuit was not edible. *** UPDATE 4/18/2025 *** Just picked up dinner for the family. (2) Big Macs (1) Cheeseburger, and Small Fry. All the buns were hard and not even editable, and the fries were soggy and cold. I really wish the owner would look at these reviews. This McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been to.
i ordered 3 burgers and asked for extra mustard. instead i received no mustard and extra ketchup instead. i also did not get my second ten piece nugget. they tasted so old i just threw them away. unbelivable.

This McDonalds is probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Not only were we interrupted during our order and told to pull up, our order was wrong, and when we asked for sauces (which I was not asked if I wanted any sauce for my nuggets) we were given attitude by the worker. I would not recommend coming here (at least around night time).
