I went through the drive thru and the woman who took my order I could barely understand her. Her English was broken and she was very rude. I went to go and pay the gentleman who took my payment was also very rude. I pulled up to get my food and no smiles from the employee. My fries were cold and my burger was very cold as well. I will not be returning to this establishment. The employees need to be retrained or replaced. This place lost my business.

Store hours are 24/7, but I try to order at the drive thru at 10:30pm on a Saturday night and the person on the speaker says that they’re only taking mobile orders.
This is ridiculous. Decided to go to Freddy’s across the street. I guess they value my their customers more.
Every weekend on Friday and Saturday nights they get busy. Why not prepare for this rush instead of reacting to it as if it were unexpected. I am also in customer service, have been for years. I understand it gets busy, but when you know it’s going to be busy, prepare and you won’t be so helpless.

I placed an order on the McDonald’s app and half the order was wrong. I also ordered it with hashbrowns and one of them I used from my rewards so I lost those rewards. Then I called up to the restaurant and they said I would need to call the place that delivered it. I lost connection on my phone tried calling back and no one would pick up. If I ordered on the McDonalds app they should be able to take care of it. This location usually is very good and no complaints but this is terrible!!

Worst iced caramel macchiato I’ve ever had. Both drinks weren’t even filled up all of the way. They didn’t add the extra caramel sauce to the macchiato which is how it’s supposed to be served. Watched the employees struggle to make it for like 6 minutes. Better service and product in the city, which is saying a lot.

i don’t live around this location anymore :’(. I always got the same thing, mcchicken and a large fry, they never miss. fries are always super hot. never got anything old or gross.
very disrespectful staff/manager. girl with a waist trainer , glasses , very skinny, brown pony tail. didn’t even say hi or nothing just automatically said “if you got a mobile order then cancel it” with a very disrespectful tone. then proceeded to tell her we have a doordash to pick up and then she asked up for the last three numbers/letters. we gave them to her as the door shut got the first one gave it to us then when we started to say that we got a second one but the door shut. she came back and told us that next time we need tell her we have two with again very rude tone when we couldn’t cause the door shut. every unpleasant and not a fan of the service. do not recommend.
