Showed up to get my pizza at 12:49 and they just completely ignored me, said they were closed and refused to let me inside to grab my pizza but instead sat there and ate it. I had the order show as ready on the app and called also and they refused to answer the phone as well. I sat there knocking and they just ignored me. Absolutely horrible service, do not go to this place.

On 11/30, these guys closed early and ignored the door. They let an order go through and be paid, marked an order ready, and were yelling that they weren't going to answer the phone and that they were closed through the door. Everyone who worked that night should be fired.

Placed orders to be delivered to my home, and another guest also ordered to be delivered at the same time. When the food came, one order was fresh, one had clearly been sitting out and not heated. We called the store and spoke with the manager. She offered to either remake or refund my money to which I said refund. All would have been good at that point, but then she proceeded to blame us since the orders didn’t come in at the exact same time and admitted to letting the one order sit for 10 minutes! She then proceeded to tell us that she wasn’t about to send one driver after another to the same address. I explained that I understood that but why would she send out pizza that had been sitting out clearly not under a heater, and not just remake those if that was an option? At that point she became very abrasive with me over the phone, told me “you’ll get your refund. Have the day you deserve” and hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Will never let my app default here and will suggest that others avoid it as well.

Tyler was amazing! He was quick to answer the phone and immediately jumped to offer fixes after doordash failed to deliver my order. He remained professional and upbeat the entire time, and called DoorDash to fix the issue for me! Best service I’ve had in a long time from delivery chains
If you order a pizza from there don't expect to get it at the time that they say that they're going to have it had ordered a pizza from them and they said it would be done in 15 minutes I got their 20 minutes after I ordered it once I got there they told me it was going to be another 10 minutes I waited another 10 minutes went in there they said it was going to be another 8 minutes basically it took me an hour to get a pizza and then after I went in there the last time to get my pizza I had to deal with their ungrateful attitudes almost disgusting attitudes it sucks that they ask you or basically force you to give a place a star in order to write a review due to their work ethic and their lack of urgency for customers orders I wouldn't even give them a negative star if I could it's like God took all the inbreds all over the United States and the world and put them right there in Papa John's and how to make your pizza

So I ordered a heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day and paid extra for a couple of toppings. After almost an hour of waiting some guy shows up with a pizza that obviously was dropped and the box was wet because it had been snowing. I called the store spoke to the manager and she assured me she would give me a credit the next time I ordered. Jump ahead 2 weeks now she tells me I don't have any store credit because it was only for the heart-shaped pizza. So now not only did I get a crappy Pizza the first time but I got screwed out of credit I should have had for a future order. I wouldn't recommend this location. They don't know how to handle a very simple situation to rectify
