They had messed up my food order which is fine it happens we are all human. But when I went in to ask for the food to be fixed they made it wrong AGAIN. At this point i just gave up and asked for my money back for the item and then the manager on duty on 11-9-2025 at 2:00pm(ish) The manger then tried to snatch the food out of my hand and kinda pushed me back in the process. I then told her dont put your hands on me because that will cause a bigger problem. She got upset and started to yell and says she was calling the cops. She ruined the food and refused to compensate me in any way. This is just unacceptable behavior.

Ordered late night and it was so gross I ended up throwing most of it away and what was somewhat ok there was basically nothing there. I ordered steak taco and I got like 3 tiny pieces of steak and a tiny pinch of cheese and that was it. In a dried out shell this is basically like stealing people's money when you get hardly nothing. I also ordered a Mexican pizza and it was 75% stale shell only. This use to be a great taco bell now its one of the worst . And to top it off you wait in the drive through for ever. Saddly im just done ordering from this location after problem after problem.

Why do you half ah the simplest order known to man like if your workers can’t handle my order of 2 cheesey roll up’s when there’s no business then I don’t know what they are going to do when parties come like it’s literally a tortia and cheese and you give me 2 pieces of cheese not melted in a wrap? Seriously 2 shreds of cheese that’s it come on

The men's bathroom needs to be cleaned. Its disgusting. I went there twice in past week and it looks like it hasn't been touched. I will not be coming back
Worst fast food experience of my entire life. Waited 45 min. for a very small order! The person working the drive thru finally asked me after standing there patiently staring at them and asked if my name was Craig. I am female with two hungry little girls!! I told them my food order number and was still ignored! People who came in after me had gotten there order and left. I finally got one of the workers attention and showed them my receipt that I had sent to my phone because I used the kiosk. Also heard the workers in the back cussing. Very unprofessional and will never come back to this location. You bet I'm going to tell my family and friends my experience there as well.

Store hours are 10am to 3 am. Great. Doors are locked still at 11am. Driving a dump truck and can not order or get food because your door are locked. Never will use this store again

Hung up on my grandma, after her asking about things missing in her order. It was a younger woman and then she called but and it was a younger man and he hung up on her too. So I called to ask why they hung up and about my order. They proceeded to yell at me and hang up. Very bad service do NOT recommend. 😡💢😠😡💢

There's cameras in the women's bathroom. I thought that was illegal. No signs, or warnings. Plus the camera isnt immediately obvious. Very very disgusting.
