This establishment is hit and miss. Orders are probably incorrect on 25%. Staff are sometimes friendly but i have been cursed at by staff once.
Everytime they mess something up they talk down to me like I did it. Been going there for about 4 years. There’s a few really nice people there, but those rude ones ruin it all. I heard them yelling toward an older gentleman today. He said geeze it’s not the end of the world. He just asked if his pie was ready. He already ate his food. I was returning a burger they made incorrectly & was told that’s not what it says on your receipt. I said I can read but this isnt what I ordered. We need more options down here in Van Buren 😒

It was dirty inside. Rude employees. Dirty tablesThen we noticed no buy one get one mc double when we offer this in mtn view mo. Nickel and dining people just gonna get you negativity. Also said you can't get a hot and spicy with the 5$ meal even though nationally advertised. Now let's not have me get the ftc involved I sue so many restaurants, hotels etc. I could use a break! Yes I'm happy I've never had to work due to this! Biut seriously I need no more cash! Just operate properly under your franchise rules and regs!
